Are you using lead spheres in your ball mill? If so, you might be contaminating your aluminum powder with lead. You can use marbles or steel balls. Also be careful, if you don't add some kind of charcoal, that very reactive aluminum can react as soon as you open the container and leave you with some bad burns! Thanks for the video
steel balls can create sparks and aluminum powder is flammable in a powdered form so if you open it you will be greeted with 2nd degree burns and a trip to the hospital (happened to me ones and will use marble or lead balls)

Faster way.
Blend the aluminium with a cup or more of water. For about an hour. Letbthe blender cool down. Keep blending until the water is Grey looking and the aluminium is all grinded. Pour it out into a dish. Let dry until the water is all gone. Enjoy

@@creativesingh that is how aluminium powder is made in factories for fireworks. They add 5% graphite to protect the aluminium powder from oxygen attack from air and it makes it more reactive.

I like your videos verymuch.I am from Andhra. By the way you need to add 4-5% of charcoal which protects the newly formed Aluminium powder from oxidation in the Roller itself. Also freshly powdered aluminium is highly susceptible to ignite sometimes when you open the roller lid itself. Also try to use marble balls as roller elements as they are not metal and can spark fire.Also using tin or lead balls gradually adulter the aluminium powder in long run.

rock tumbler is good, just use lead media(balls) as not a good idea to use spark able stuff
