    Hi there! When exactly in October did you go? We will be there the first week of October and are curious about gondola closures.

    • @LaurenJason
      @LaurenJason  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We were there from October 1st to 21st! The gondolas seem to slightly change closure dates every year depending on weather conditions. Sometimes they stay open all the way until early November and sometimes as early as late September.

    Hello guys, good channel! One question for you: where did you take the lift to Seceda? Did it take you all the way up to the ridge? Great photos, videos ... thanks for sharing.

    • @LaurenJason
      @LaurenJason  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello! The lift is right in the town of Ortisei. Search up Funivie Seceda Spa on Google Maps and that will take you directly to the bottom of the chairlift. Paid parking is also right beside it. It does take you all the way to the top. Do NOT take the Col Raiser chairlift as that does NOT go to the very top and requires lots of hiking to reach the best viewpoint.

    Took the “Coffin” up (and down) last September. Most unique trip I think I’ve ever been on. And yeah, that’s a hell of a hike to reach the top. Think it was 18 euro round trip.

    • @LaurenJason
      @LaurenJason  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That’s awesome you got to do it! They say it fits 2 people but we don’t know about that haha did you think it could have squeezed 2 people?

    • @toddsharp4245
      @toddsharp4245 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@LaurenJasonTwo normal sized people without backpacks yes, but it’d be a tight fit. Another thing about them is that they don’t stop, you’ve got to jump in on the fly (door is on the back).
