Yes it should be as it is organzied by the Pakistani Sikh community ; the Sikhs community in Pakistan take care of it. There was a broadcast 2 years back where one of the curators explained this.
This Mesuem should be open for every one. It is also history of Pakistan and every Punjabi.

People of Punjab on either side of the divide prefer to watch videos about their cultural, religion and heritage in their mother tongue which is Punjabi. Secondly, this presenter can do his best only in Punjabi. Sikhs expect us to speak to them in Punjabi. The world is not going to change for us, we have to change for the better. It is so unfortunate that we have not acquainted ourselves with Pushto, Baluchi, Sindhi, Punjabi and other regional languages in the last 74 years.
