  • Hello friends! Welcome to my channel :) Today's video is a great 10 minute warm up and stretching video, the perfect video for starting your belly dance practise, and even starting your morning! This is follow along with me style video full of stretching, conditioning and isolations moves to get your body warm and ready :)

    This warmup is great. Allows for toning also for older adults like me.

    This looks like a great general warmup, but the fact that it's offbeat throws me off.

    The ballistic stretching(bouncing the stretch) in this can be pretty damaging and was hurtful to my body even trying it.
