Coming from hula to belly/tribal, this was immensely helpful. Having a count and an 'and' is the same way we learn hula moves.

I GOT IT. Highly recommend dancing goofy to shake the nerves but it is foolproof

Very helpful lesson, but will you please clarify: when walking backwards, does the weight shift to being on the back foot at the end of the move, or does the weight still stay on the front foot, as when you are going forward? Thank you!

Sorry if this is a silly question, but is there a difference between the hagalla and the egyptian walk or are they the same thing?
Hi there, that's not a silly question at all!! The hagalla is a fast version of the Egyptian walk...
