beautiful car the gt6. looks like you fixed the lean. there is a rubber pad that sits on top of the upper most bar on the center bump and is held in place by the top plate basket center hole. the pad has a nub sticking out tht fits in that hole. many ppl forget about it and nothing really happens if it's not there. water pump leaking is a common one. off brans china or india made parts can be an issue. i took a factory triumph water pump and had it rebuilt bc i couldn't take the chinese ones leaking anymore. so far so good for me.

I know that this is a year old, and I hope that you have since realised the mistake? The thick plate sits between the lowest and second lowest springs, and NOT at the bottom. The "head" of the "bolt" that you ground off the bottom would then have sat nicely in the large hole in the thick plate and the "dimple" below the bottom spring would have centred and held that spring in the hole in the top of the body of the diff. The way that this type of spring works is to fix the bottom leaf to the diff and let all others above have some side movement. As I said, I hope that you have realised this by now and have rectified it? Love your channel.

You have put the bottom plate in wrong. It's has to be put between the bottom spring and second spring.its also ment to have a small brass bush between the plate and the second spring. It's a swing spring setup as it's a later GT6. The wheels are meant to stick out slightly at the bottoms as that's the system working right. Plenty on the internet on this. Hope it helps.
