Carter! Thanks for highlighting Lexie. I was amazed at how little regard Seattle gave her, leaving her wide open. "Oh, her? She's not a threat. What's her name again?" I have a feeling Lexie's going to be discussed a bit more on scouting reports of upcoming opponents the rest of the year. Nice work showing the clips, as usual! :)
Great game! Thanks Carter for the insight. Also Aliyah made some sweet passes! Everyone is growing and showing off their skills. Celebrate the positive momentum.
I might be fixated on this, but I wish the Fever would give Kelsey Mitchell more love. She appears ready to leave Indiana. If it is because of money, they should do all they can to pay her. But there is a lot of talk of her being uncomfortable with her new role on the team. They could combat this by highlighting her more in interviews. Maybe a few "we couldn't have done it without Kelsey tonight" or "Kelsey has been on fire!" comments might make her feel appreciated. Also, I think in a post-game on-court interview, Lexie was asked about her game and she said something like "if you get to your spot, CC will find you" but it was actually AB that assisted on 3 of her 6 threes. CC, Katie Lou, and Mitchell assisted on the other 3.
Kelsey's shot is different now because she's shooting with a higher arc. She uses her leg strength and soft touch. Alijah was awesome close to triple double. Fever was a shooting machine today. And they didn't fold in the 3rd quarter.
It's just a sweet looking shot, it makes me so happy. 😅😅😅 Like, I'm literally excited when she gets the ball out there because I know it's gonna look beautiful and it's most likely going in too. 🎉
P.S. For those that are new to the Fever. If you look at highlights from years past, Kels shot had this high arc before. I think that ankle injury that caused her to miss all of training camp is no longer causing her issues pushing off for her shot. Thank you, healing Olympic break!
I watched Lexi and her twin sister straight up ball when they were at Stanford. She brought her defense and awesome energy to the Fever but I was wondering where her shot went. I was so hype to see it fall tonight. The Fever made a statement tonight: they are a real team. All that team building pays off on the court.
I was thinking “when convos with Carter comes out it should be ‘this is how the Indiana fever beat the seattle storm’ and then just a photo of Lexi hull”
I’m willing to bet you and I weren’t the only ones… I’m telling you I kept beaming thinking about his previous video when she started draining those shots… he sure called it, huh?? 😉
I can't believe how strong Caitlin is. Have you ever tried to throw a basketball that far like she did at 05:10 ? Not just throw it, but make it go exactly where you want it to go. Wow!
Love that you show the clips more than just once. It's not always easy to pick out the players and see what they're doing, but showing them a few times is great.
First time seeing Carter talk about basketball and I am astonished at his talent , knowledge, and style. I am an old guy and I learned a lot from this young fellow. Glad I found this guy!
Clark needs just 85 assists in the remaining 12 games to break the all-time single season record set last season by Alyssa Thomas at 316 assists. That's 7 assists per game to beat the record - the all-time record!! Clark sits at 17th on the list right now! Remember, she had 19 in ONE GAME earlier this season. She just might OBLITERATE the record. And maybe the rookie scoring record too! Clark is such a wonderful player, so much fun to watch. Thx for the video CWC.
Remember that Katie Lou can shoot 3s as well. If Nalyssa Smith can be more consistent on offense and Temi coming back, they'll be almost unstoppable. They also have an easier run towards the playoffs. It would be awesome if they become undefeated after the Olympics.
jaime hull was right when she said “Her offense will come when she just plays and quits worrying about missing. I promise it’s in her and she will improve!!”

Another great video! I was also shocked that a team with the second best defensive rating in the WNBA kept leaving Lexi Hull open after it started raining 3s!
Fever have two guards that can play at a pace that just about no team can keep up with for 4 quarters, Fever front office better not screw it up and let Mitchell walk
Love your enthusiasm. Your analysis? You nailed it. Keep the videos coming. Nobody on the Fever was sulking about not making the Olympic team. Clearly they worked hard at shooting and conditioning during the break after getting a well deserved week off. This game was FUN to watch. Between Lexi and Kelsey’s three point shots, Clark’s development of her mid range jumper, and Boston’s rebounding and assists…they have the potential to win a lot more games this season. And Clark’s passing? Nothing short of brilliant.
You have always done a great job with your analysis but in this video you were fun to watch also, your reaction to Caitlin Clark and the way she makes things work for her teammates is as much fun as watching her.
After the break, Indiana came out as a different team. They definitely have been practicing hard and flowing like a machine now compared to the beginning of the season.
Right? They actually looked like they knew each other and knew where to be. I feel like their only struggle now is to not lose it when they are off for a quarter.
What also is making the team better is finally in the last two games, Mitchell is passing the ball more. In the past, she would get the ball and take the shot even if its not a good shot. Her passing now is opening it up to better shots from everyone. She can shoot but her passing is making the whole team dangerous!
She's learning to be humble like Caitlin, understanding that good things happen when your mind is open. Thank goodness she didn't dribble in circles in this game.
I liked that you said, “they could win the championship”! It is possible. I’m not saying it is likely, but it could happen. They beat NY once. The only team in the top 3 they haven’t beaten is Connecticut. But hopefully, they’ll get them too. A lot has changed since they played them. If every Fever player had their best game at once, I think they could win it all.

Sounds like a fair amount of us were watching Hull start cooking on Friday and then unleashed the beast today and we were all thinking “Carter called it!”. Lexie Hull worked her arse off during that Olympic break.
CC reminds me of Legend Larry Bird. She has the same ability to shoot anywhere on the court, phenomenal passing. Making her teammates play better, gets her teammates the ball. Quarterbacking the team. Creating plays and reading the defense. It's incredible to watch. I watched Bird play, I am a Bostonian. This Young Lady will have a tremendous career ahead of her.
Bird was also one of those players who said he could read the movement on the floor and "see" 3 or 4 seconds in advance where a teammate was going to be open.
If the fever can put together a full game in the near future and continue putting together full games nobody and I mean NOBODY is going to want to see them 👀

Great analysis as always. The best part is that we all share your enthusiasm. Keep it up. I wonder though, if the WNBA will ever understand what is happening .
awesome breakdown. I think this was one of fevers best games - I am getting sick of them making big leads, losing them, then desperately coming back. They stayed with storm the whole way and put some distance at the end. I always feel smarter after watching your breakdowns - keep it up!
I'm so happy for Lexie! In the beginning of the season, she wasn't taking these wide open shots and eat the ball or pass it. Lexie can average 8 points on fast breaks alone. I agree that Smitty is being phased out and Marie Lue is getting a larger role. The Fever has 7 players that are playing their roles to a T. The real question is: Who can guard Kelsey Mitchell? Cooper couldn't and Female AI (Chenessey) can't. KM is playing with so much confidence and she isn't making a bunch of turnovers like early in the year. Playoffs here we come!!!
Another great vid. Your enthusiasm is infectious. In fact, I think I got the Fever!! What a game from Boston too. She finds ways to help the team win. She's a different player than she was earlier in the season
And this is why Kelsey needs to stay in Indiana

Also Aliyah made some sweet passes! Everyone is growing and showing off their skills. Celebrate the positive momentum.
AB has been the icon of the team's strenght and IQ playing
I saw that 3rd quarter and thought it was awesome!
yes the high arc and swish! love it!
She's always had arc
I look forward to your analysis after every game!!! Now, I can go to bed! Outystanding job, as always!!!
Wow!
Love your energy young man and knowledge of the game. Subbed!!
She is playing to win, that is all what is needed to make the teammates succeed
She could've had 10 more in this game were it not for some pretty easy layups that missed the bucket.
Remember that Katie Lou can shoot 3s as well. If Nalyssa Smith can be more consistent on offense and Temi coming back, they'll be almost unstoppable. They also have an easier run towards the playoffs.
It would be awesome if they become undefeated after the Olympics.
If they keep playing like they have these last two games, the MVP talk has got to get real.
jaime hull was right when she said “Her offense will come when she just plays and quits worrying about missing. I promise it’s in her and she will improve!!”
Watching all your videos and love your on point commentaries. Go Fever!
First. was waiting for ya. Solid game bro. When can we expect live vids bruv
I appreciate you for waiting!
I was pretty busy praising the Lord. 💯😂
Edit: I may do some lives. I honestly have never really considered it?
@@CarterMomon Bro, the content you're producing is the best IMO rn. The best produced, the best format, and the best edited. You're hard work shows my dude. Ben Daniels Podcast, Adrian Ross, and you are my go-to 's . But urs is the one I appreciate the most and i know most can agree. Thre breakdown is solid
Thanks! I really appreciate the kind words! Ben and Adrienne are go-to’s for me too!
I was wondering the same thing, you should do a live. And…God bless you Carter, God is good all the time!
Please do live game commentary , about 80% of the time I have to mute game , I would love to hear your take during the games.
Another great video! I was also shocked that a team with the second best defensive rating in the WNBA kept leaving Lexi Hull open after it started raining 3s!
Carter, the visionary! The Fever team members obviously follow your commentary.
Damiris Dantas? Excellent interpretation of the plays and game. I appreciate your work, effort and time.
Fever have two guards that can play at a pace that just about no team can keep up with for 4 quarters, Fever front office better not screw it up and let Mitchell walk
I love listening to your comments
I am learning so much and it makes the games so much more fun to watch!!!!
Carter, as always, had a sharp, deep and smart analysis of the game. Many thanks!
Carter your analysis and commentary on these Fever games is the best! Please keep doing what you do.
LOL she may or may not have an influencing presence on her team that has shown her that great shooters can also be great passers! ;-)
@@NADRIPmusicthat was a……GAME!!!!
She's learning to be humble like Caitlin, understanding that good things happen when your mind is open. Thank goodness she didn't dribble in circles in this game.
like The Fever is watching your feed.
GJ😆
👍❤️💯🔥💯🔥 Good analysis mate, beautiful to watch, love your enthusiasm. Respect, from Queensland Australia
Just getting into wnba, your descriptions on the plays and terminology have helped me a lot on understanding whats going on in the plays.
Lexie's dynamite. The Fever shooting was cold middle- end of the first half. I was yelling at the TV. But what a strong 4th quarter!
can't find a link, but there's a great vid in the locker room, coach Sides and the whole team praising Lexi Hull.
Carter, another excellent presentation/production on your part. Thanks and keep it up..
I like that you repeat the mentioned play a couple of times so I need not rewind just to appreciate the said play.
Young man…you are truly AMAZING!
I don’t think any team is looking forward to playing the Fever in the playoffs
i want to see the Fever beat the Aces big time
Wohoo!!! Was so excited for your commentary for this 1/2 of the season and what a phenomenal performance for the Fever and your enthusiasm is infectious and chocked full of great breakdowns !!! Who needs cable sports channels? 💥🔥✊✌️
Hey bro just checked u out ....I'm from Indy ..huge Fever Fan ...I love your breakdown and enthusiasm of the game ...u can tell u care and put the work in mixing the highlights...keep up the good work bro...BeeYourBiggestFan and Do u ....u got a subscriber in me ...
We absolutely appreciate and enjoy your perspective on the Fever games! Not sure how we found you but have been watching and appreciating for several months! Thank you!!!
To the parents of FEVER team players. Be proud of your daughter's. These young women were truly BALLIN 🏀. Good game. 🌡️⛹🏻♀️. Sir you're totally correct
Another great video. I knew you’d be excited to see how Lexi rocked it. It was a great game!
Sounds like a fair amount of us were watching Hull start cooking on Friday and then unleashed the beast today and we were all thinking “Carter called it!”.
Lexie Hull worked her arse off during that Olympic break.
Carter, I enjoy your energy, passion enthusiasm.
@@timhaskins4737 🎯
Clark also holds the WNBA single game assist - 19.
Bow bow bow… great video and love your smile
I appreciate your energy and focus on the game.
Been waiting for this Carter!
If the fever can put together a full game in the near future and continue putting together full games nobody and I mean NOBODY is going to want to see them 👀
Subscribed from Switzerland 👍
Confidence and good plays are contagious... CC, Kelsey, AB and Lexi are crazy good.
Go CC.
Go KM.
Go LH.
Go AB.
Go Fever.
When Lexie was killing it , I thought of your analysis. I'm watching the games with your voice in my head! It's a lot better than the announcers.
I've been tweeting Lexi, telling her I thought she was going to have a BIG role in the 2nd half of the season. She was awesome! Exciting game.
I always look for your break down, and your excitement tonight was exactly how I felt when watching this game! We are in for a wild ride this half of the season. Go Fever!!
Dude, love your commentary and wow Lexie was on ❤️🔥🔥and Caitlin passing is off the charts!!!!! I cannot get enough of watching these women play🏀
Great breakdown. Thank you
Great show, Carter! I love the way you break down those plays, and I learned so much from you. I think we're seeing the start of what may become a great Dynasty . Settle back and watch folks, cuz this is fun.
Great commentary! They are all doing so well. AB had 8 assists! She is learning from CC
Even Tasmanian Devil dribbler Kelsey passed off.
The BEST record CC is breaking is the number of people watching the WNBA now. Phenominal!
I LOVE this video! I can relive the exuberance I felt in 4th quarter of that game and enjoy many details that I missed thanks to your breakdowns. Great job, Carter!
I swear Indiana Fever management watches your videos and adjusts. Keep it coming Carter!!! You could coach us from a distance to the championship!!
You were just talking about this yesterday and the other day about Lexi and Samuelson. Wow, crazy! You were on point!
Lex was on 🔥 and the Fever is finally coming together. Other teams better watch out now. This was a fun game to watch (well, except for ALL those missed layups 🤦♀️). What a game! Go CC and the Fever!
Love your videos btw! I look forward to them
Thanks!
Thank you so much! God bless you!!
@@CarterMomon He does! You, too!
I always enjoy your analysis. I love how excited you are about this game. I was too! This was Lexi the way we needed her. Good game!
Great analysis as always. The best part is that we all share your enthusiasm. Keep it up. I wonder though, if the WNBA will ever understand what is happening .
Yes Carter I thought about your video about Lexi Hull when she was popping all those 3s today.
CC also set fever franchise 3 pointers made too today.
awesome breakdown.
Lol, "yo money" love your show. You are almost as exciting to watch as Sundays game. Thx for your energy.
You are excellent on the mic, young man, and a very good communicator.
Yassss! 💯🏀🔥 Looking forward to the next one! ✨👏
Love your review! So much fun to watch the game then to watch you go over it! So much fun to listen to.
Another great vid. Your enthusiasm is infectious.
In fact, I think I got the Fever!!
What a game from Boston too. She finds ways to help the team win. She's a different player than she was earlier in the season
