- Away from highways the Royal Enfield Classic 350 is definitely at it’s happiest below 60mph and encourages you to short shift through the gears and give out a gentle amount of torque. I thoroughly enjoyed test riding this modern classic retro bike from Royal Enfield here at Bolton Motorcycles.
Enjoy my first ride review!

I rode a classic a few months ago and thought exactly the same as you. For the money, and three year warranty and breakdown cover its a well built little bike. Ideal for new riders or someone who wants that classic look to Potter around the back lanes. After riding one I can see why there selling well , the little 350 engine is so smooth.
Absolutely Jim 🤙
Re sells these 350s classic meteor hunter bulett about 70000 per month in india alone
Got myself a 350 stealth black last month.. absolutely loving it so far
Here in India, people used to not buy Royal Enfields because of the heavy weight (we are used to smaller cc bikes, most common bikes you'll see are 100cc~130cc), and because it would vibrate their souls while they slept after a long ride. Really goes to show how well RE has been performing in the last 5 years. And oh I forgot to mention, people also used to break their backs (literally fracture their backbone) because of the aggressive kick start..
You are kidding me right, RE 's biggest market is India. But yes I do understand the worry, before I got my first I remember asking a seasoned rider what will I do if the Bikes falls down on a slope, his answer was ask someone for help to lift it up. But once you start riding it, you realise it is the safest bike in the road in India, with its low center of gravity, the weight ensures no wind buffetting on high ways, it also means less weight on the Rider's have with a pillion. Plus above all it is a bike with a soul.
@@vishnumohannair8791 true👍 I was talking about the era when re bike sales were dropping drastically
I’ve had my halcyon gray since 7/22 , put about 950 miles on so far . Absolutely ❤ mine . Not enough for interstates but 2 lane highway all day . ❤️❤️ people are always asking about it and admiring it ❤️
I purchased a classic 350 in gun metal grey this past June. I’ve got almost 2300 miles (3700km) and it just gets smoother and smoother. No, it won’t win any races but for me that’s not what it’s for and I knew that when I bought it. Absolutely love my bike and would highly recommend it to a new rider or anyone looking for a bike that is just plain fun to ride. Cheers from the Pacific Northwest!
This Machine really defined the word call Classic .... simply love this World War 2 style bike... Worth of showcase in my garage 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Got mine in signals marsh grey about a month ago....love everything about the bike. Cant wait to complete my running in period so that i can truly enjoy the bike the way it should be ridden 😁😁😁
Congrats on the new bike mate!!
Good to see it being ridden a bit harder. Every review they are ridden slowly, but it's good to see it can be fun when you try to get some performance out of it, even if it is modest.
☝️🤙
This bike might not have speed or looks, but surely has a character
Got one - in that exact colour scheme. Love it. Coming down from bigger bikes it's surprising how capable it is - especially two-up.
Edit: Ran mine in carefully. That spirited ride across the moors, that was me at 1201 miles 😂
Wish they had included kickstart in j-series engine
Brother which bike should i buy. Classic or Meteor 350 i am confused between these. Please suggest me worth it bike.
The Classic if you're looking for a more traditional riding style, otherwise the Meteor for a cruising style ride.
I recomend this bike. I'm from Mexico, where the roads are terrible, even in the biggest cities, and it's trully made for those crappy ways. You have to waith for 2,500km til'l You can use it propperly. It changes a lot after that milleage.

RE should find a way to stick their great 650cc twin in the Classic. Not an Interceptor, not a GT, not a Supet Meteor 650, a Classic 650 !!
Great-looking bike which is improved by removing the passenger seat. 195 kg. Really?
Nice scenery. Good review.
Thank you 👍
nice video! how tall are you? your position looks really comfortable...
Thanks! I'm 6 foot tall.
So your opinion... which one is better meteor 350 or classic 350???
I prefer the Meteor seating position because I'm 6 foot tall but if you're shorter you might love the classic unmatched charm 👍
RE should also offer that with cast wheels from new. I would seriously consider one as my final bike but my nearest dealers are 175 or 260 miles away.
Excellent machine for those who just want to ride around taking in the scenery and are lucky enough to have a local service agent. Maybe I will buy when they filter through to the 2nd hand market...
Do u mean alloy wheels? They already available in alloy wheels
@@Itachi_Uchia1 Not every market is offered cast wheels on this model.
@@ccooper8785 the app lets u customise the bike
Sounds like a crunchie who's baffles have started to rot out.
Drive it in a normal speed just 60km/h and see the magic,
A classic 650 would be awesome.
The 350 engine is to weak for comfortable cruising.
2022 model cant be called at bullet.. there is no thump ..it's regular 35 ic engine with no character
This is not the Bullet. This is the Classic 350. The Bullet is a different model.
Slap a good unrestrictive exhaust and u'll get ur thump
