The quality of Thier recent figures are actually going down hill. The pfp is terrible too. Why is the plastic so cheap in the newer waves. Doesn't really make the price hike really enjoyable anymore
When the Lightning Collection first started, I thought I was going to get every figure in the line. So far, I've been lucky to get every figure up to wave 11. What breaks the deal for me is that I haven't been a fan of the very recent seasons like Dino Fury or Beast Morphers. The only episodes I've seen of Dino Fury are the ones when Lord Zedd returns because of my nostalgia for MMPR. With that said, I think I'm going to pass on this figure and the Dino Fury team on the Lightning Collection. I also watched Ryusolger and wasn't a fan of that either. I just can't justify spending money for figures from seasons I'm not a fan of just for the sake of collecting. What I am looking forward to from the Lightning Collection is the figures from Dino Thunder, SPD, Lost Galaxy and Dino Charge.
That’s for the spoiler 😭. I just started beast morpher, it’s decent so far. But I agree about beast morphers, I got up to when what’s his fave idk turns into the gold ranger that was a few years ago, I never watched it after that. The suits suck & the characters all suck except Blaze & the girl that was with him, they made me want to watch the show which is the first time that I’ve ever liked the villains more than the main characters in the power rangers franchise & the first time that I didn’t like a single of the main good characters. The gold ranger is so annoying. & while the yellow ranger is hot, it’s not a reason to care for her character or her trash team. Wish I could wipe it from my memory. It’s a shame because Blaze & Roxie or Rocky or whatever her name was … were both cool & good interesting villains.
I hope Zoey is a bit better in the QC department, she is the only one then I'm actually sure I will get, so far not really any problems fortunately, I don't know why Hasbro got very crappy in this wave's quality, specially seeing how they are starting the PFP box style and they just put up the prices, they should be doing the opposite and procuring the figures are all well done so the people don't come up on them for this dump mistakes, but oh well.....thanks for the review either way
Lol, look at the Dino thunder white ranger figure in the light. It’s absolutely dreadful & inaccurate. The only way you can get it with the correct head that hasbro “fixed & mailed to people” is by hoping it goes on eBay where it gets bid on like no one’s business which makes it rare & hard to get & hasbro doesn’t want to rerelease it. Smh 🤦♂️ hasbro is ridiculous. I kinda wish we had the Bandai legacy line back, they were of scale, even though sometimes they’d miss paint as well as hasbro
I don’t know why they got rid of the Tom Welan art. The plastic free change is a good thing and was inevitable, but they could have kept the boxes as similar and cohesive as possible, at least on the sides of the boxes
The action figure line will probably get canned & cancelled because of the constant complaints & then they launch a “new one” which will just be a rebrand with the same issues. Bandai’s legacy figures had paint missing at times & some inaccuracies but barely & they were barely noticeable but now Hasbro’s lightning collection has them in every wave it seems. I got the Dino thunder red ranger new the other day, I looked at his head & saw a 50 year old man, WTH. How’s that supposed to be Conner from Dino thunder who was supposed to be a teen whereas the head looks like a senior citizen? Hasbro is ridiculous. Don’t even get me started on the Dino thunder white ranger figure’s helmet visor which to get a fixed head is like impossible now cause now it’s rare cause hasbro refuses to rerelease it correctly
Great review, I don't buy this line but lately overall Hasbro has been dropping the ball. Between the QC issues, windowless packages, & price hike. By the way BBTS should take care of you, I've always had really good luck with their customer service.

This windowless packaging is not smart, while it hasn’t happened to me, I heard it has happened to others & it makes me scared that it’ll happen to me which just leaves me having to order them from eBay opened or something. This is not a smart marketing strategy

But with the lightning collection, it seems like whoever designs the figures on the computer that makes machines make em just looks up the characters on google & takes maybe 3 glances at them before making them as if they don’t even watch the shows or anything. The inaccuracy is so annoying, especially when these figures are getting over priced on eBay & hard to find in store & there are one of the only few ways to get these characters in 6 inch scale
These new windowless boxes makes them more accessible for stealing & people getting away with it while others have to deal with the causalities because hasbro wants to do dumb marketing ideas
So glad to have the first openly gay female power ranger in the line. But boy did they do her wrong with that head sculpt. And the terrible QC lately makes me not want to buy this line any more.
The only lgbtq+ ranger we know about so far. But a lot of the rangers (not saying all obviously) showed closed to no interest in dating other people so their sexuality is kinda up in question. Like with Troy, people said that he’d be good with Gia or Emily, but he never showed interest in anyone. I think it’s to keep romance at a short amount/level due to it being a kids show. Just saying tho that there could be more that we just don’t even know about which is crazy. I’m glad that we did get to see some rangers have love interests. Like Fran & Dominic from jungle fury

They probably took away the neck articulation for the forearm articulation.
QC for this line lately has really turned me off from collecting it. I tend to wait till Amazon or Target has a sale on them.
