The reason for bowlegged Megatron’s Minicon launching gimmick is because the figure’s a retool or rerelease from Robots In Disguise. They had a line of figures with this gimmick. The one I had was a purple motorcycle with an arrowhead Minicon with the launcher on the shoulder/sidecar position and to launch the arm stuck forward and the launcher flexed forward on its own armature.
