I started the Go program today in honor of my father. I stopped my workouts for the month of December due to many ongoing challenges. But today I hit op lay for him. He passed away on Jan 3 and the last few years he was unable to move his body much due to his illness. His lungs took his breathe away and eventually he wasn’t able to walk much. I’m not going to lie this workout was tough. I cried through a lot of it. But I finished for my dad because he will never get the chance to move his body again. So thank you Sydney for giving me this, this is one way I can continue to honor him.

I’m doing this for me. For putting myself first, mentally, physically, emotionally. I let my appearance and “strength/weakness” define me and am always unhappy, regardless if I get complimented. I’m tired of hearing “if I looked like you’d I’d be so happy”. Cause it’s not how you look, it’s how you feel. Thank you for always inspiring us Sydney!

Same here. Working out consistently. Trying to get nutrition in point. I keep gaining weight for no reason. I'm realizing that at this point in my pero menopausal journey that I must eat clean 95% of the time and I have to eat more. Good luck friend. Women go through the hard stuff because we are strong. Stay committed to yourself.

My goal for 2025 is to get comfortable being uncomfortable. I would really like to get this postpartum weight off so I can play with my kiddos. Nutrition is the key for 2025 and always. Habits matter. Amazing work everyone!

I'm a bit behind the group but I like to do these in order. So happy I found Sydney last year. I'm going to be 57 soon and am looking to improve on my strength but also hike more peaks this year! Last Oct was able to hike the Grand Canyon from the South rim to the river and back in a day (17 miles) because of these workouts! Looking forward to connecting more with the community this year :D

I want to be stronger, healthier and feel better and of course my ultimate goal is to lose at least 40 pounds this year. I’m The heaviest I’ve ever been at 192. I’m a busy mom of three very active kids in travel sports and all the things, work full time and I’ve always felt I didn’t have time to take for myself but I’m on day 5 in a row of exercising! I turn 40 this year 😮…New goal- move every day because if I limit it to a few times a week I will push it off to the next day.. Also.. who better to work out with than someone who takes me back to my roots… Miss Sydney ♥️ love her and her family so much! 123 Let’s go!
Keep it up all! I especially like the part about how motivation is not always there. Getting going is a deeper intentional decision. This is my new motto for when I'm unmotivated, "Deeper intention" My goal this year is to ride the Unbound 100 and run 2 half marathons, one in Spring and one in Fall. After having my second kid in 2023 it has been HARD to figure out how to get back into my training, even with a very supportive partner, it's hard to find the time with work, lack of sleep and all the things many of us experience. What I know though is that I feel my best when I am consistent. I will be my best for myself, my partner, my kids as I get the rhythm of it all in place. Might be a little more like a jazz record than before but I've got this!
My goal is to not only be present and motivated to workout. That’s easy. I will ramp up my nutrition and stick with it. Will Power may fail but Why Power will help me succeed. My WHY to heal my body from its aches and pains. 3-2-1 GO! Thanks Sydney.

Love doing these workouts. As a cyclist, it's great strength training so I can climb faster. And it forces me to also focus on having a strong upper body.

Just started today! Better late than never! I followed Sydney religiously during the pandemic and was in the best shape of my life! I fell off when work started back up but I’m dedicated to working the program into my working mom routine again! Been a while but all that matters is showing up, which is the hardest part but I promise if you stick with Sydney, learn about nutrition, and work the program…. Yay, it's Day 1 of "GO"! I loved this quick full-body workout! I was in bed all day yesterday with a severe headache, but this morning I am here and I completed this workout. 💪Things will always happen to derail you, but you just have to get back up and get back on track.

Just started today! Better late than never! I followed Sydney religiously during the pandemic and was in the best shape of my life! I fell off when work started back up but I’m dedicated to working the program into my working mom routine again! Been a while but all that matters is showing up, which is the hardest part but I promise if you stick with Sydney, learn about nutrition, and work the program…. You will see results and feel your best! ❤

Wow! I haven't done any exercise in about 4 months and I honestly didn't think I'd finish this but I pushed through and managed to do it! Feeling very tired but feeling good at the same time.
