I have been following from a long time. Videos are getting better and better. Keep it up training and posting videos. Im preparing also for marathon in Feb 2024 Sevilla target 2:45
Bagels are back baby! Been waiting for this one, great to see some new staples, and old ones still kicking. I love getting new ideas for fueling my own training. I really love your content, always so motivating and inspiring, keep grinding!
Also love doing strength work on the same days as my run workouts. Having that variation throughout the week with some days being super hard and other days being super easy really keeps the mind engaged.
TH-cam recommended your videos and I've been enjoying lately. Instantly recognized where you are running as my main training area. I'm currently training to break 3 hours. See you around on the grind!

I totally feel you when you said about going hard and not let down in the last reps of a workout. I had similar feeling during my long run yesterday in which felt kind of slow and not energetic enough but l kept telling myself not too relax, surprisingly my legs still had something left in the last 2km in which I was able to speed up, hurting but good feeling. Thanks for the inspiration and the nutrition tips :)
such a chill guy
So much food! Keep it up
Honest life
My favorite part about running content is the individual journey that we are all on. Been enjoying watching your journey Elijah!
Very true. Thanks for following along :)
Mine is the cameraman keeping up with them while filming :)
They are prob on a bike or something though
Thank you that you put in effort to convert the mile pace to km pace as well, as a European I really appreciate it
Absolutely 💯
Beautiful video & and a beautiful message. Keep crushing it brother.
The best part of marathon training is how good food tastes and how much you can eat.
I love food way too much to stop running
Love you bro! Some of my favorite videos to watch when I’m stuck running on the treadmill.

Time to toss the teflon pan.
I am a firm believer that calories are king
Holy shit I gotta eat more
Did you move?
Can you drop the ab and hip routine, I’m trying to strengthen myself to stop injuries
what is your normal resting HR vs when you're running all out?
No longer vegetarian?
