I’m curious, when you had 9^[3x] would it have been possible to change the 9 to 3^2 and then have 3^[2[3x]] = 3^[6x]?

9^x+x+x=36
9^3x=36=9×4
log9^3x=log9×4
x=log9/3log9+log2^2/3log3^2=1/3+2log2/6log3
X=1/3+log2/3log3
