Happy Thanksgiving 🍂🎃 making desserts

- Blueberry, lemon, pound cakes, and butter tarts Lemon, blueberry poundcake
• 1/4 cup (2 oz) lemon juice + 2 tsp
lemon zest approximately 1 medium lemon
• 3 large eggs
• 1 (14 oz) can (397g) full fat sweetened condensed milk
• 1¼ cups (156 g) self-rising Flour
• 1/2 cup blueberries bake at 325f.
Drizzle:
1/2 lemon tablespoon of icing sugar, and the rind of the lemon after cooling 🍂
Butter Tarts my
This traditional Canadian butter tarts recipe is easy to make and tastes delicious...and gives you the option to add raisins, or not.

Ingredients
Pastry:
• 12 Tart shells See our No Fail Pastry recipe to make your own
Filling:
• 1/4 cup butter softened
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup corn syrup
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• pinch salt
• 1/4 cup raisins, currant, walnuts or pecans
Optional
Instructions
1. Adjust the rack in your oven so that it is in the bottom third of the oven.
2. Pre-heat the oven to 450°F.
3. In the mixing bowl, use the mixer to cream the butter and the brown sugar together until well mixed.
4. Add in the corn syrup, egg, vanilla, vinegar and salt.
5. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
6. Line the muffin tins with the pastry dough (instructions to make your own No Fail
Pastry Crust are here, or use pre-made tart shells).
7. (Optional) Place a few raisins, currants, walnuts or pecans
Fill each of the tarts about three-quarters full with the corn syrup mixture.
9. Bake for 12 minutes...the filling should be bubbly and the crust golden brown.
10. Let the tarts stand for about 1 minute on a cooling rack.
11. Then remove the tarts from the muffin tins to prevent sticking. You will need to be careful with this since the still-warm crust is easy to break.
12. Continue to let the individual tarts cool on the cooling rack.

Carrot Cake
2 cups sugar, 2 cups cooking oil, 6 eggs,
2,2/3, vanilla beat this together
then add dry to this ~ 2,2/3 cup flour
3 tea sp baking powder 3tea sp baking soda
1 tea sp salt & 4 table/sp cinnamon
Grate 4 to 6 cups of carrots mix all together & put in greased pan & bake for 45 to 50 min or till done at 350 this is a double batch cool & top with cream chesse icing

Oh gosh, I did it again. I couldn't stop salivating at all your delectable treats so I raided my pantry!
