Ingredients :
rice noodles - 150 grams
Mushroom - ~10
cabbage - 1/4 of a whole
garlic cloves - 2 big
onion - half of a medium sized onion
spring onion - 4 sprigs
salt and pepper - as per taste
oil - 2 tbsp
sauce mix -
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp sriracha sauce
Tip : use any noodles of choice if not using rice noodles.
substitute oyster sauce with teriyaki sauce or 2 tsp dark soy sauce
Use any veggies of choice (but use mushroom for sure)
