  • Vegan Oyster Mushroom Soup with soy yogurt, very tasty and easy to make! Enjoy!
    Ingredients:
    1 big onion
    1 red pepper
    1 carrot
    1/4 celery root
    18 oz oyster mushrooms (500g)
    2 cups soy yogurt (500ml)
    1 bay leaf
    1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    5 cloves of garlic
    fresh parsley
    salt, pepper to taste

    Really lovely recipe. It looks delicious. The only ingredient I can't use is red peppers because I can't digest them, do you have any suggestions as a replacement? Thank you. Have a beautiful day 💖💕🌷🌳🍃

      Hi! Thank you so much for your kind message! You can use green or yellow peppers, or you can put the pepper cut in half and take it out when the soup is done.

      Keerthana Ml I do not recomand using milk because milk curdles when mixed with vinegar.
