@@Joseph-li5ozthe towels work as an absorbent layer underneath the fleece to help soak up the pee. So you lay a towel down and than the comfy blanket on top. No need to throw out, simply pop it in the wash when u do full cage cleans!

Vinegar (or diluted vinegar) works SUPER WELL to clean up any pee that soaks through the puppy pads, and has the added benefit of being way cheaper than most cleaners! It's what I used to clean up after my bunny before he passed, and what I plan to use to clean the cage of the piggies I'll be getting in a few months (I have to save up for them first).
I know she gets the fleece from Joann Fabrics, and the pads are super easy to make or there are tons of makers on facebook and etsy who make pads and larger liners made the same way for sell

They have 3 chews, which I switch out weekly. That okay? They have a food/hay dispenser, and two water bottles. They also have a litter pan. I use fleece, and spot clean everyday and full clean once a week. That good? I hold them nightly, for about 30 minutes, and give them floor time every so often. They have hay 24/7 and feed twoce a day, 1/5 a cup per time. I would also like tips on how to keep my room smelling better, so any tips?
Guinea pigs are supposed to drink water from a water bottle. But you'd have to teach them. Most guinea pigs already know how to use it if they used it at the shelter, adoption center or store you got them from. But if you're piggies are fine with a water bowl than that's fine. The only thing is that the water will get dirty with dust and hay falling into it. Maybe your guinea pigs were drinking out of a bowl at the place you got them from and that's why they know how to use a water bowl.

Gracee Pitchford You can cut down wood or even the panels used for cages and cover it in fleece, just make sure it’s not to steep and that something protects the edges so the piggies don’t fall! 😊
I know you commented this a month ago, but if you use fleece you should spot clean it everyday (clean out poops/hay) and completely take it out and wash at least once a week :)

So I just bribed them with food but since that didn't work for you, I would maybe try picking them up and placing them on the second floor so that they need to get down but I would recommend to try the food method :)
What kind of hay do you use? My guinea pigs don't seem super thrilled with Kaytee hay. I love in Alaska so trying not to spend a fortune on shipping which is difficult.

Love it but it is not good for guinea pigs to have access to newspapers, because they have ink on them. So you can use them as long as they can’t reach them, put the news paper under some fleece or just use another product Sorry had to say that, but I love it
How big is your cage? Because mines 6 foot by 4 foot and i xant find fleece big enought to fit it and when i use two fleeces, my pigs go under it and poop everywhere

The white stuff at the bottom of the cage is called coroplast.You can find it at most hardware stores like HomeDepot.And yes you have to wash the fleece,but fleece liners would be easier.
I dont currently own guinea pigs, but from past pet sitting experiences. I reccomend having like a little set up on the floor (play pen or something like that). They put the new guinea pig in, if there is fighting, (which i have never experienced). I would probably take the fighting ones out and seperate them
