Holy shit. I have so much more respect for ark now. Jesus Christ. I am so satisfied with that ending. Probable my favorite game ending.

IN CASE ANYONE IS WONDERING about the characters that made explorer notes, here's a quick breakdown (WARNING SPOILERS).
First of all, the "Nerva" mentioned in the notes is Gaius Marcellus Nerva, an Ancient Roman centurion who wrote his own notes in Latin. When he first arrived to the ARK, he decided the best course of action was to conquer the entire map, so he is the main "villain" of this story arc, so to speak. He almost succeeded, but then ditched everything because he thought the TEK stuff could turn him into a god. Second, the Chinese notes were written by Li Mei Yin, a woman hailing from the Three Kingdoms era China. She hates Nerva because his army basically wiped her tribe, only she was left alive. The Beast Queen is her title because she basically ran a solo tribe, only her and her tames. Third, Rockwell Records (referring to Nerva as "mister Nerva") were written by Edmund Rockwell, and Englishman from the Victorian era who's lived on the ARK for a while and was well respected as a neutral party in arguments. He joined Nerva's quest of world domination because it reminded him of the British Empire's own ambitions and he saw more opportunities to conduct science. Lastly, Helena Notes (including the Dino dossiers) were written by Helena Walker, a scientist from modern day Australia who is ostensibly the protagonist of the story arc. She joined Mei Yin's tribe to get a closer look at the animals and find more clues together, but all went south when Nerva attacked. Helena and Rockwell eventually find a way to get to Scorched Earth and write more notes there. What's remarkable is that they went there separately, yet ended up on the exact same ARK.
The maps are arks, as in noahs ark, past (future?) humans brought people and creatures from all time periods to save them

It's a game preview. It isn't out yet, it's the equivalent of a beta.
ARK isnt a game that would have a 2 just DLC for new story.

Wolfie Nah dude Rockwell is a giant monster who wants to ascend into an ascendant so he puts raw element in his blood and evolves when you kill him you are teleported through the gateways to earth which looks fine at first but then is revealed to be totally destroyed
I have been following and playing this game since it came out and it's so cool but yet so sad that they finally made an ending
Cassidy Blessing The devs said they were going to create more expansions that follow up with the story. There's a countdown in the ark website that ends in I think either august 31 or september 1 with what seems to be I think a new expansion made by the devs, so im freakin exited.

Yes you do because that is how the story goes : you ascend from the island to scorched earth to then probably ascend from scorched earth and go to the next dlc-ark (if you didn't know there are 2 more story dlcs coming after scorched earth.)

My theory is that someone, or something (technologically advanced may I say) saw earth getting destroyed so he/it created artificial ecosystems, The ARKs to preserve earth in little parts.
or aliens just destroyed the earth and now experimenting on humans...

At the very end of the cutscene the survivor shoots into the scorched earth ark and it continues from there

I think that after you beat the Overseer, you were taken out of the "map" and while in space the red terminal was the one that was defeated. And the map you saw in the control room was of the planet and other terrariums that humans were kept in the red was the one you defeated and the others were the ones that were other maps in the game like Ragnorok and Abberation... And that Overseer was just one of many, which in turn have a superior Overseer. So this game starts off as *survive the harsh conditions you are confronted with* to *figure out the secrets of this alien world* to *escape* and this game must have (or soon will have) a secret game piece that links all the maps together where you have to beat the Overseers of each world to be able to fight the Beast Queen and earn your right to go home once more.
Got it backwards, first room is Pangea, second room modern Earth, last room dead Earth...

i like the game much more now... i knew that it was axactly like this from the first few minutes i saw the trailer of the game... its like the book "warriors of the 40 islands"
That means that there are multiple islands like the normal one so does that mean that abberation and scorched earth are on different islands that are in space and if you look closely there seem to be hundreds of islands.so we just be getting with the doc the different stories from the different *survivors* of the different islands with scorched earth and abberation

I always wandered what the obelisks were there for and was always confused how we moved islands I love the way they made a rally recent update like teasers so it's like hey u don't know that there's a call earlier that leads to a mother ship until months later where the mother ship things say hey here's a cave and our ship have fun

fact: in the last room with the boss, behind the glass you can find an ark without a dome, in this ark we will play the ark abberation. If there are mistakes, then sorry, this is a translator (ark is such a land in the dome)
The Red blinking dot at 17:23 is the new dlc because in the description of the new dlc it says that this ark is broken down

Copy a bigger TH-camr's style but recycle it and make it your own, every TH-camr does it and will do it for the rest of TH-cam's lifespan trying to be original just won't work out. Peace!
Also if you want TH-cam to be your career I would wait until you grow up around 16-18 years old when you graduate high school so that you can have a job and make enough money to buy good microphones maybe a good gaming PC for like $600-1,000. If your parents have money just ask them like each Christmas or for your birthday if they can buy you like computer stuff, if you're going to be on PC I would use this program called ispring screen recorder.
Right this will be my last little note to you LOL, learning to be a TH-camr and how to use technology is a lot harder when you're younger so I would wait until you're around 12 to 15 just to learn how to use the technology like how to use Photoshop how to build a gaming PC I would watch TH-camr like Linus Tech tips he's really good just watch his old videos first just look up like how to build a gaming PC if you want to get into PC gaming if you're only playing on Console, I've never seen a Console TH-camr actually become successful. So pc is the way to go.

better question, they see a lot of other islands, does that mean if they go through the overseer again, on this island do they get dropped off on another one and so on and so forth. can they keep getting more max lvls added and od the gem in their arm keep changing colors. This would make the game so much longer and worse yet, what if as they go from one island to another the dinos change/mutate. They complete all of the dino islands and go to the earth islands then on to the alien planet islands until they reach like the overseer lord boss or something like that.

The problem with using infinite stats is that you need the amount of ammo for a fully loaded weapon and some extra or else it bugs out. You will run out of major but you can just switch weapons and it will fix it.
Your shotgun only had 1 shell, but if you gave it say 20 shells, the bug wouldn't occur as much.

understand ark better now. unless i'm off but i believe that (this is just a thought) you have start with the island map beat the overseer and that where you go to the next map with your character through any of the ob and then beat that map and. cause after they beat the overseer at the map i saw other ships and one was blinking red. i think we keep ship jumping.

the aberration trailer at the end showed the planet as well at the end
Here's my theory.
They made custom "Island"s in arks (why the game is called ark), took creatures from Pangea (first picture of Earth), and humans from current Earth (second picture of Earth) to re-build and re-populate after the disaster that seems to have happened in the third picture of Earth(probably caused by mankind). The holograms of the creatures at the opposite side of the earth-pictures shown what creatures were alive at that time, first dinosaurs, then humans, then.. ghosts. death.
The aliens for some reason wanted to resurrect the Earth after this disaster and bring back it's creatures, keeping and repopulating them in these ARK's

if you’re talking about the trophies, then you have to go to the three obelisks to defeat each of the three Guardians. the trophies they give you can open the TEK cave, which you have to travel to in order to get to the final boss
That's the sickest ending and boss fight I've every seen fair play wildcard for coming up with that titanium next level like the fact there needs to be more maps like a new map XD
If you do the alpha tek cave you will get a red implement and it gives you a higher max level than just plus 5 levels
