Why can't the government do it the American way? There should be tickets given to drivers who has defective cars on the road, and you pay your fine in the next 24hrs, failure to which u can't drive that car, and you go to garage right away. If it's over speeding, you get a ticket and pay it within the next 1 hr, en of u overspeed again, u get another ticket of Abt 300ksh. In this case, every driver gona be very careful, and no bribes at all cost. Kenyans we encourage these police to take bribes from us. To the traffic officers who get bribes, sack them, or demote them . May take though
