    3:40 yes law's. Enactments codes and regulations are not laws but mere corproate poltical rules for D.C employees and 13th 14th US CITIZENS but only by consent.
    Furthure more if its not common law with a corpus delecti then its not within the republics judical jurisidiction but merely a foregin corporate policies for D.C employees. If the american people are not on federal land then their federal law only again applies to D.C employees or those on federal land. Considering congress today is a corporate body and not a government body there jurisidiction is very limited and most of the time fraud and treason is commiited againts the american nationals. By corporate clerks masquarding has judical government employees forcbly enslaving the american nationals. Lets not forget that these clerks/judges and DA all have a pesonal fiduciary interest in every instrument they bring upon the american people.
