In regards to the waiter there is a difference between someone genuinely desiring to be helpful and someone just wanting to appear helpful. As someone missing a limb, I often times become the focal point for the martyr; but, I try to be gracious, although it is hard. Thank you for sharing this film!

There were no questions about wearing a prosthesis. My missing left arm is almost identical to yours but I use a prosthesis almost every waking hour of my life. Do you wear one, and if not why?
+Bobby N Hi Bobby, I actually did ask about prosthesis but Jennie answered that she found wearing one "odd". She said that because she was born without her lower arm that wearing a false hand had always felt strange and as if something "alien" was attached to it. The metaphor she used was comparing it to someone with both arms always holding a hammer or a penknife, those tools are useful at times but most of the time they would be a frustration. I just read your reply. I was given my first prosthesis when I was a little over 2 years old. Yes it is a tool, but one that will fit (almost) every situation. Each person is different, of course. I look forward to more video's.

There's another video where the parents talk about their daughter who has DSD, no arms at all from the shoulder. They tried prostheses, but she found them too hot and cumbersome. There's no one right (correct) solution for this.

I do construction painting houses, doing peoples hair n makeup nails, i paint n make jewelry n sow clothes. People think im awesome but im just normal cuz this is all i know. I can't hear properly, but did she say they transplanted toes on her hand? So now she's missing toes on her feet?
