I only have 1 puppy, but I use a small(er) Oxo pop container and I throw the measuring cup in there. I also use stasher bags to take extra food incase we stay longer. I use an old duffle bag (easier to carry and pack).
I use reusable ziplock bags! The ziplock on them are colored too so you could color code them by pup! I also use the reusable bags for meal prepping my smoothies in the freezer!
This is an old video and you’ve probably ironed out a method that works perfectly for you. I just wanted to share with you what we’ve done in the past. In the past, we went to the dollar store and picked up a cheap Tupperware container and one of those measuring cups. We would measure out all the food they need and put in the Tupperware container and then just use the scoop the same way we would at home . Each container in case one of them is allergic to chicken. You just make sure you had a special scoop just for her.
You can just reuse the little ziplock baggies until they aren't good anymore! I work at a horse boarding farm and most of the horses get individual supplements which are portioned out into little ziplock baggies and those bags are just reused over and over. For my dog if I ever go anywhere I also use a ziplock bag but I use a large on and just scoop all her portions into it and then just estimate how much I should put in her bowl per meal. She generally doesn't finish her food in one sitting so I guess that makes it a bit easier.
Tip for storing dog food for travel! I went to Costco and got 2 packs of 4 large jars of peaches. The jars are glass, reusable, and have cup measurements on the side. I fill them up for the week and use those for my pup!
I have a small dog food container from the container store that's great for travel - it holds a week or two of food, but it would fit in that giant rainbow bag with loads of room to spare.
Great video! Don’t have a dog so I don’t know if this would work but try reusable plastic ziploc containers You just have to screw it on so maybe try it out!
Ohh maybe you can use a measuring cup to measure how many meals you need total and put it in a gallon zip lock bag. Then just use the same measuring cup to scoop out for each meal! Idk if that made sense lol
Hey! I love watching your videos, I'm getting a puppy in a couple weeks and binging all of your videos has been a HUGE help! I was wondering if you'd be able to touch on any pet insurances you recommend for vet visits, especially for the puppy! ❤️ Love your content! Thank you for being so authentic, inspiring and helpful!
for the trip we were going to Kohen's parent's house and Freya just sleeps in the bed with us, so I didn't bring a bed for her this go around. but it just depends on where we're going and for how long 🫶🏼

I love plastic takeout containers (like quart-sized deli containers) for food on the go!
oooh true. Tupperware would work!

Reusable Tupperware containers and a sharpie, can be glass/silicone if you’re looking for a more sustainable option.
Love this. Thank you!!!
Can you use cereal containers for the food? Like the plastic tub ones?
Yes!! Such a good idea!!
Great video! Don’t have a dog so I don’t know if this would work but try reusable plastic ziploc containers
You just have to screw it on so maybe try it out!
I use a 13 qt small dog food container when I go on trips but I know that may be a hassle with three dogs lol.
3 large dogs who eat so much 😂😂
