Unfortunately, people want to be close to the action. They think that it won’t happen to them, until it does. Then, they try to find someone else to blame. All you need is wheel studs to break off or a nitros backfire and someone is done. All the track owners can do is make them sign a waver and hope it holds up in court.
It's just dumb ,as a racer I do not / would not want a bunch of people on the starting line ,& it is not a question of if but when & how bad
I've personally been hit with a piece of a broken piston. that exited the oil pan at some serious velocity. It hit my pant leg missing my leg by a fraction. From the hole in my pants. It would have taken a nice chunk of my calf.
Keep the kids back. If a adult wants to take the chance it's on them. Just don't put the kids in danger.

There ought to be a rule your car has to have the front of the body on the car.
They also need to tell the people along the burnout box and starting line if you aren't a crew member you can't stand there.
A car is going to break and parts are going to fly and kill somebody.
I used to film TF funny cars and almost got hit when one exploded on the starting line.
Man I hate Joe wrecked, Swamp thing a Iconic car in drag racing.

Also please get a tripod or a gimbal or something to stabilize it when you zoom in because it goes crazy you miss parts snap parts and it’s just give motion sickness

Bad driver error. Got back on it with his left tire in the grass. That’s what makes that track so sketch.
Wish you would actually fold the wreckage and to the point to see if the driver is ok. Or at least add in the clip of him getting out or something because it’s wild to watch a small part of the wreck and not know if the driver is ok

there was oil done the race before swamp thing and dont look like anyone cleaned it up on the big end they seen it at the starting line and mopped it up but maybe he crash could of been prevented

Entirely too many people on the starting 90% of them have no business being up there. What's going to happen is one of these days somebody's gonna get run down and get hurt really bad or killed then the tracks gonna get blamed and they're gonna shut it down and then everybody's gonna be sitting around Saying oh that's bullshit just another track they shut down for no reason.
