I have actually tried this several years ago. I bought it right at the gate of a Thai university. Tastes great and costs little. The crepe doesn't have any strong taste but it's a bit chewy. Such a perfect match with the sweet cotton candy that melt right the way in your mouth. An unstoppable snack I would say. Definitely a must-try local street food.

@@Nyax50Lopez the green crepe tastes like normal crepe, it's just slightly chewier and thicker. The star of the show is those hairy looking things in the plastic bag. They work similar to cotton candy but they taste earthier. If you've ever smelt a tree bark or fresh grass cut, it's that earthy smell combined with a maple syrupy scent. Eat that with the crepe makes the snack the perfect balance of sweetness and chewiness.
