Dude eggs are tricky to get perfect, you can't mask a slightly imperfect egg. It took longer than it should've to be consistently really good. I treat them delicately
For me, I opt for scrambled & poached. 6 whole eggs (3-4 now lock down taken hold), whisked good, drop of milk, a decent non-stick pan, low heat always, 7-8 sprays of coconut oil, some black pepper, & sometimes a lil grated mature cheddar in there. Just don't over cook it, & you canny go wrong. Even leave it a tiny bit runny, it'll continue to cook a bit as it hits the plate. Or poached eggs cooked in old fashioned poaching pan, served on a toasted & buttered bagle, black pepper & rock salt...the wknd switch up! It's a breakfast I have everyday & will never tire of.

@bronchoped1 when your downing this many calories you gotta eat stuff that’s easy to digest that’s why they eat mince or ground meats and rice digests faster that pastas or bread or most other carbs so you can be hungry again for your next meal it has nothing to do with boosting your performance

Then I mix up 50ml coconut milk, 40g ghee, 40g coconut oil, scoop of pea protein, 4g psyllium husks, 1 scoop of creatine ( muhdo told me its beneficial to me lol ) 20mg of MCT powder, pour in some hot water, blend it up booom drink it sounds disgusting, looks disgusting but its gid!!!
..good bench session..get that 440 up 15 times then move up to 500 for 4-5 reps and you'll get massive fast..watch your push press skyrocket..look at the best slater presses..zacickss..hall ..koyklaev..they all have at least 500 bench ..if not closer to 600..
