One thing to reconsider - hydrojug travler instead of a stanley. 40 oz, with a straw, cup holder friendly, keeps drinks ice cold AND leak proof. Can literally turn it upside down with no problem. I throw mine in my big catch all bag, and its just so convenient
I'm deeply moved by your second-trimester journey. It's not easy, and your strength and positivity are truly inspiring. Your honest share about the struggles and cravings hits close to home for many of us. The products you love seem incredibly helpful, and I'm grateful for the recommendations. Sending lots of love and best wishes for your journey with your 4th little one!
I love this magnesium spray too !!! I am right behind you in pregnancy and I had two questions: 1. for pelvic floor- how often do you do PT, what week did you start, and do you do both internal and external work? 2. I believe you mentioned before that your baby has anterior placenta (which is what I have) is your baby assuming some weird positions . My little acrobat loves to get into creative sideways positions 😅
I’m not in the baby phase, more in the Grandma phase 😅. I’m going to check out the underwear and the pillow. I got vericose veins during my second pregnancy. Then a few years later, in my 30’s, had a blood clot in a superficial vein in my calf. SUPER painful! The vascular doctor I saw recommended getting fitted for compression stockings. My insurance covered it. There was an office in the medical building that did that.
Oh my goodness girl! The rib pain! I haven't heard anybody else talk about this, even though it can't be that uncommon! For me it is my bottom left front ribs and it's mirrored in my back as well! Almost like a referred pain. But it's just on the left side, and it gets so painful and just generally annoying... I'm sorry you're dealing with that too! I'm so happy I'm 35 weeks and almost done 😂
When we eat it pushes the bowels and I think the movements in the intestine can cause a lot of contractions, especially after many babies before. BH ones seem to be more sensitive to anything moving inside, even baby rolling or flipping.
My second baby my left hip was my pain and then third baby it shifted to my right. Also the magnesium calm kept me from getting constipated, helped with the restless leg syndrome at night and helped me sleep. I would notice when I forgot to take it.
Thank you for talking about the varicose veins! I never had them in my first pregnancy and now with my second I have them really bad in both legs. It’s awful and no one talks about it!!!!
I also get these itchies all over as soon as I sit still or lay down for bed. I have to take something to help or I just itch for hours. If I walk around and get my blood circulating it goes away every time.
Same week as you !! Being with our second ❤ love following along on all your pregnancies ! Also! I've been vegetarian for over 20 years and I've been thinking about consuming meat again (a little) sometime postpartum.. I've been wanting it so I want to listen to the feeling. Any suggestions on how to incorporate it without feeling awful?
I get the dizzy and short of breath if I don't drink a lot of water through the night. I know it is a trade off cuz I pee every 2 hours then, but worth it the next day.
😂 I just saw your comment and had said the same exact thing. You may pee a little and need to go to bed much earlier but drinking a lot during the night helps so much with keeping those symptoms at bay.
How long do you typically take the lovenox? Do you stop at any point in your pregnancy or do you switch to heparin around 36 weeks? (I'm just curious. I'll start taking it next time I get pregnant due to recurrent miscarriage. Obviously I'm working with my doctor, but I am curious of your experience and use with it.)
Instead of drugs just take turmeric and cayenne. I healed after PE and have never done drugs during pregnancies after and you do not run risk of bleeding out with NATURAL ways. Oh but your Dr won't know anything about it because unless it is a prescription they make no money off it and refuse to study it at all.
Look at you on your fourth pregnancy!!!! I watched you all when you were going through the worst and now you have FOUR!!!! Praise God! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Oh my goodness! I haven’t seen one of your videos since you were only a mom of 1!! Times flies 😅
I feel so similar to you about pregnancy!!!! Sooo worth it in the end but the process to get there is HARD.

I cannot wait to find out if you are becoming a family of 2 boys, 2 girls or one with 3 girls ❤❤❤ and sweet B 🥰 Wishing you a magical Christmas 🎄

Thank you for talking about varicose veins. I have them so badly right now. They're awful.
Me too. Never had them in my first pregnancy and now with my second I have them in both legs and tons of spider veins. It’s really awful
I'm an RD also and would love to hear what you do for a living while being a mom of 4!
I’ve been loving your channel lately with all the updates! Thank you for sharing ❤ wishing you the best

Congratulations and new subscriber! I'm due May 2024 ❤️

Magnesium really helps me with restless legs!
Im having the restless legs too! I told my husband it feels like only my legs had an energy drink lol. It’s sooo annoying
Heartburn is from dairy. Try avoiding dairy.
Hey can you do a video on your favorite things?? That would be fun
Rice pudding with cinnamon and whipped cream is so awesome
The lightheadedness and shortness of breath in the morning could be being a bit dehydrated from not drinking overnight :)

Lovely Becca 😊🎉😂❤❤
You passionately talking about your cold veggie cravings made me laugh out loud😂
We are due around the same time. I am baby #11 and second freebirth at home. Just found you but it must be going well since you are on baby 4 now 😂

Did you have any withdrawal symptoms getting off unisom and b6? I’m worried, I’ve had crazy migraines as I’ve tapered myself off
Do you get your hair highlighted when pregnant? Would love your opinion
Have you looked it to having your copper level checked
Just bought your undies!! Thanks!!😂❤
