You didn't mention it, but Gaggenau is the absolute top of appliances. If this flat is in a similar budget range as the others you looked at you got very lucky with it.
Very good choice, my only comment is the landlord probably never did kitchen work before. A kitchen counter should be rugged and practical, not just a showpiece to be looked at.
This is the apartment I would’ve chosen as well!! That view is worth it ALL.
