Thank you. The apartment building design is very thoughtful about residence’s quality of life! Much appreciated for social or quiet rooms where people can have their good own time without being stucked in their small apartment ❤
i would have put the kitchen and living area near the window. I get that being in bed seeing that view is great, but you spent much more time on kitchen and living.
Thank you! Glad you liked it! Yes, for drinking water, you would need to go to the laundry room where the filtration system is installed. This setup ensures that the drinking water is properly filtered and kept separate from the general water supply. 😊
. With lots of people living there i hope there are plenty of recycling centres. Incredible view. What an amazing building. A lot of thought went into it . Kudos to the designers
Thank you for your thoughtful comment! I completely agree-recycling is essential, especially in places with many residents. The view is indeed breathtaking, and we're so glad you appreciate the building. The designers really put a lot of effort into creating something unique. Your kind words mean a lot!🙌
I personally would choose to have the living room and bedroom reversed. I have a sleep disorder and having a window right in my face would be terrible. 😭 Putting my bed in the center would allow me to close off any sunlight when I don't want it. Plus, when I am awake, I can enjoy the view better from my living room and work desk than my bed!
That sounds like a great plan! Having the flexibility to block sunlight when needed and enjoy the view from your living room and desk can definitely create a more comfortable and functional environment. It’s important to prioritize your needs, especially when it comes to sleep. There are also systems available now that completely block out sunlight, so it won’t bother you.
This concept is so interesting to me, I wonder when such ideas will find their way to Europe. Sounds like a good way to live in a city, if the prices are affordable for the services.
Thank you for your comment! The cost of these apartments is $3,500. As for the price before the renovation, unfortunately, I do not have that information.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! The floor-to-ceiling windows really do make the space feel more open. It can still be a bit tight for two people, but for one person, it’s quite a comfortable setup.
Thank you for sharing your perspective! It does have a shared-living feel with private units, which can come across like a higher-end hostel. Ultimately, it depends on whether the communal conveniences and private space balance out the cost for each resident.
Haha, good question! 😄 A Feng Shui expert might say that the bed position is crucial for creating good energy in the room. Ideally, the bed should be placed so that you can see the door without being directly in line with it, often called the "command position." It helps to have a solid headboard and avoid placing the bed under a window. Of course, the specific recommendations depend on the room layout and the individual’s energy needs!
I liked it so much ❤but i think there is much better than it bec of that small fridge, small kitchen sink, sharing laundry,...i would like to live there but not for long time!!!!😢😢 Idk maybe bec i haven't been through what i mentioned before!!😅 But there are advantages exist like the view 🪟 noone see me ❤ I'm not exposed 😮😮, the surrounding cafe, gym, even the laundry 🧺 in the same floor ...IDK I'm confused but in total i liked it.....Fatma from Egypt 😊
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Fatma! It’s totally understandable to have mixed feelings. A small fridge and shared laundry aren’t for everyone, but the great view, privacy, and convenient location can be strong advantages. Sometimes it comes down to personal preference and how long you plan to stay. We appreciate your honest feedback! ☺️
That’s a great point! Combining functions in table tops can definitely save space and create a cleaner, more efficient layout. It’s all about smart, multifunctional design! 😊
If you believe that I claimed this project as my own, you are mistaken. In the video, I introduce the designer of this complex, and I am merely a tenant of this property.
It does resemble a hotel-style layout, where the focus is on resting and freshening up. For people looking mainly for a place to sleep and shower, it can be a practical option. ☺️
Hongkong is one of the most expensive housing location in the world! This small apartment is already a luxury compared to coffin/ caged homes (one small apartment room is sub-divided into living cubes for a few people and 10 plus people sharing one toilet!). Imagine your life in a coffin/ cage like space when you are at home!
Спасибо за обратную связь! Да, количество столов - вопрос вкуса и функционала. Кому-то важно иметь несколько поверхностей для работы или хранения, а кто-то предпочитает минимализм и свободное пространство. Всё зависит от личных предпочтений! 🙌😊
Feriends, thanks for watching, and let me know what you think about living in small spaces!
Alex can you please share what this apartment would cost before the renovations and also what the monthly fees are in US $? Thanks, it is fantastiic!
Even though the apartment is small, it is highly functional and looks stunning. Great amenities, everything is very well thought of and put together.
Beautiful apartment, stunning views, wonderful amenities!
Thank you so much for your comments! Yes, I truly had a great time here-the view is simply breathtaking😍
@@alex_gmtmI live in a 3000 sq. ft. home but I am fascinated by these small livable spaces.
Thank you. The apartment building design is very thoughtful about residence’s quality of life! Much appreciated for social or quiet rooms where people can have their good own time without being stucked in their small apartment ❤
Thank you for your comments😁
Yes indeed it is very important especially for big cities like Hong Kong, that's why i chose this place🙌
It is remarkably and amazingly livable. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for your comment, I'm very glad you enjoyed the viewing.
That apartment is beautiful! I would love to wake up to a beautiful view of HK like that!
You have everything ahead of you, thank you for your comment 🙌
Love this apartment!... Beautifully designed and highly functional!
Thank you for your comment! 😊 This project was designed by another team, but we are glad that you liked the result!
The apartment is beautifully designed😍
Yes, these apartments are truly beautiful, and living in them is a pleasure.
Very nice design. I love the way you place the tv. I would change the bedroom working desk into a closet. There may not be enough space for storage.
Yes this is really a great idea, thanks for your comment👌
Good design for such a small space. Great idea for the sofa below the TV facing the other way to make it a co-dining space.
True! Apartments in Hong Kong are among the most ergonomic spaces I’ve seen in the world. Thank you for your comments 🙌
The view is craze 😭✨ Your design looks incredibly neat and luxurious, love it, keep it up 😎
Quite impressive - beautiful. The amenities look fabulous as well. - Marc
Thank you for your comments!!!🙌
they look expensive
The design is so goood. I always wondered how to separate spaces in a long studio apartment with only one window
Yes, it really is an interesting design solution ☺️
i would have put the kitchen and living area near the window. I get that being in bed seeing that view is great, but you spent much more time on kitchen and living.
Gorgeous, clean, practical small place. Really nice, it doesn’t look cramped, congrats
Thank you! Yes, we also really like these apartments 😁👌
Very nicely design and functional !
We are very glad that you liked this review.🙌
awesome!
Really liked the place, would love to stay there!
Yes, it would definitely be an interesting experience to stay in such a good place.👌
I hope there are adequate fire exits. So many people living in there. Beautiful, well thought-out little pad.
Great design & view
Thank you! The design and view really are the highlights. We’re glad you enjoyed them!
Otto the best
100%
Beautiful.
I your channel! Sooo many ideas for compact apartments
Stylish! But I didn't understand the water bit. Do you have to go to the laundry room to fetch water?
Thank you! Glad you liked it! Yes, for drinking water, you would need to go to the laundry room where the filtration system is installed. This setup ensures that the drinking water is properly filtered and kept separate from the general water supply. 😊
@@alex_gmtm Ah ok, thanks. In Sweden all water is drinking water, that's why I wondered. 🙂
Fantastic and great idea love it hope getting somebody like for my 400 squares feet’s apartment
Yes, designers and architects truly put a lot of effort into this space. Thank you so much for your comment!😍

Very nice use of space in small apartment
Yes, they truly excel at organizing space effectively.😁
What is the width, length and height measurement of the apartment?
great smart design and orgaization- may i ask what diam is the round table?
Thanks for the comment.
I don't remember exactly, but I think about 60-70 cm maximum🙌
quality furniture
Thank you! We’re glad you noticed-quality furniture really makes a difference in both comfort and style. 🙌
That is a water flosser or water pik 😊(the black thing in the medicine cabinet).
🤣🤣
Area? And price?
I personally would choose to have the living room and bedroom reversed.

Tastefully Designed.
Thank you! We're glad you like the design! 😊
Is this in the Soho location or Kennedy Town location? Would love to know. I would consider a month‘s long stay.
No, unfortunately it is located in another part. You can check on Google Maps.🙌😊
This concept is so interesting to me, I wonder when such ideas will find their way to Europe. Sounds like a good way to live in a city, if the prices are affordable for the services.
You are absolutely right, let’s hope for that! 👌
Thank you for your comment.
Look at Kaktus Towers in Copenhagen, Denmark. Same concept 👍
Fantastic! Alex gmtm Can you share what the cost of this apartment would be before remodeling in US $ also what is the monthly fees?
Thank you for your comment! The cost of these apartments is $3,500. As for the price before the renovation, unfortunately, I do not have that information.
It's small, but with the floor to ceiling windows the space looks broadened. Definitely not enough for 2 people, but decent for 1 person.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! The floor-to-ceiling windows really do make the space feel more open. It can still be a bit tight for two people, but for one person, it’s quite a comfortable setup.
I live in the middle of the USA and I can only dream of this type of apartment.
Wow!!! seriously???
it would be interesting to include the service charge
I am curious as I may have missed it but what is the monthly rent in USD?
$3500 😊🙌
How much per month.
How much does this place rent for?
Basically it's an expensive hostel, with individual private space.
Thank you for sharing your perspective! It does have a shared-living feel with private units, which can come across like a higher-end hostel. Ultimately, it depends on whether the communal conveniences and private space balance out the cost for each resident.

❤️❤️❤️❤️
A bit too small for myself, it seems cramped and like u can barely more around
Yes, it’s true that it’s a bit cramped here, but people don’t come to Hong Kong for the apartments😁
Townplace
Took me a while to understand that it is the interpreter that is South African, not the person in the video 😂
🤣🤣No, you didn't guess.
too many table tops which can be combined functions and save space

look amazing from Hong Kong standard.

More like a hotel room that u mostly use for showering and sleep
It does resemble a hotel-style layout, where the focus is on resting and freshening up. For people looking mainly for a place to sleep and shower, it can be a practical option. ☺️
only rich people could live here...
Hehe, yeah, Hong Kong is definitely not a budget-friendly city.
Is this dubbed?
“If one person wants to sleep when other is still up,”
You mean more than one person will live here??!? How??
🤣🤣🤣Yes, this is indeed a rather difficult task, but if try, it is possible.
