    I personally would choose to have the living room and bedroom reversed.
    I have a sleep disorder and having a window right in my face would be terrible. 😭 Putting my bed in the center would allow me to close off any sunlight when I don't want it. Plus, when I am awake, I can enjoy the view better from my living room and work desk than my bed!

    • @cheesecake4648
      @cheesecake4648 12 วันที่ผ่านมา

      i would too.. i just commented that. plus, you spent more time in the kitchen/living.

    • @alex_gmtm
      @alex_gmtm  12 วันที่ผ่านมา

      That sounds like a great plan! Having the flexibility to block sunlight when needed and enjoy the view from your living room and desk can definitely create a more comfortable and functional environment. It’s important to prioritize your needs, especially when it comes to sleep.
      There are also systems available now that completely block out sunlight, so it won’t bother you.

      Thank you for sharing your perspective! It does have a shared-living feel with private units, which can come across like a higher-end hostel. Ultimately, it depends on whether the communal conveniences and private space balance out the cost for each resident.

    😂how would the fengshui guy say about position of the bed??

    • @alex_gmtm
      @alex_gmtm  12 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Haha, good question! 😄 A Feng Shui expert might say that the bed position is crucial for creating good energy in the room. Ideally, the bed should be placed so that you can see the door without being directly in line with it, often called the "command position." It helps to have a solid headboard and avoid placing the bed under a window. Of course, the specific recommendations depend on the room layout and the individual’s energy needs!

    Idk maybe bec i haven't been through what i mentioned before!!😅
    But there are advantages exist like the view 🪟 noone see me ❤ I'm not exposed 😮😮, the surrounding cafe, gym, even the laundry 🧺 in the same floor ...IDK I'm confused but in total i liked it.....Fatma from Egypt 😊

Sometimes it comes down to personal preference and how long you plan to stay. We appreciate your honest feedback! ☺️

      Hongkong is one of the most expensive housing location in the world! This small apartment is already a luxury compared to coffin/ caged homes (one small apartment room is sub-divided into living cubes for a few people and 10 plus people sharing one toilet!). Imagine your life in a coffin/ cage like space when you are at home!
