I just discovered your channel, I like your vids ☺️ and wow, I’ve actually been looking for a flat in TC and it’s insane how 2 bedrooms go for atleast 18-19K now 😭
hihiii!!! im glad u like the videos 🫶🏽 huhuhu yesss the prices are insane now!!! i heard 2 bedrooms in century link (tc) used to be 14k 😩 maybe check out carribean coast? i think it’s cheaper than century link! also, I just watched your video about your grandma and it got me tearing up!!! i love the storytelling you did, and im sure your grandma would love that video too🥹
Wow such a great video, I move from London to hk in January so been looking for up to date videos of apartments/lifestyle there so this has been great! I'll be moving out of my hotel in February and was wondering what area those apartments were in as they were perfect for my budget!! Thanks again :D
im glad you enjoyed the video!!! the apartments are all from the south island line :> i recommend using the 28Hse app to look for some apartments here in hk! good luck and feel free to dm me on ig if you have any other Qs! 🤍
Good luck!! I had to hunt apartments like wild tigers 🐅 in a Forest 😂😂when I moved to Switzerland 🇨🇭 for my college it took me almost 4 months to find the perfect one oh! And thanks so much for posting consistently ❤❤❤and you have beautiful house on lease right now😊personally I liked the first house 🏠 i dunno if you liked it too, it's completely up to you just sharing my opinion
4 months??? that’s insaneeeee 😭 huhu im trying to figure out a posting schedule to be even more consistent, thankyouuuu so much for always watching my videos 🤍 i actually chose a place already! im just finalizing everything with the landlord, so finger crossed 🤞🏽 everything goes well!
I’m currently 16 and I want to try moving out as soon as I finish my degree, may I know what site u used to find the apartments, also, how much should I save up (for an apartment similar to yours) right after I get I job, likem how much money should I have in the bank account before I move out
Hi Safina! I usually get my furniture from Ikea, as it's reasonably priced and I can visit the stores to check the quality! Facebook Marketplace is good too. Some people sell their items, and if you get lucky, you can often find furniture from guest rooms, so the items are either unused or relatively new!
And also are you currently staying in Carribean Coast? Which society is this? And is your apartment still available for the same price you’re paying ?😊
My lease is ending on 8th December! I think Caribbean Coast is a fantastic spot for families; the community is welcoming and the facilities are really nice! I've noticed there are quite a few foreigners in the neighborhood too. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the city, but if you work near the airport, it could be the perfect place for you! I’m not sure if the rent will stay the same for the next tenant, but I can totally refer you to my landlord. Feel free to message me on Instagram @jzmnpkt so we can chat more! :>
