Saw this other watercolor channel and thought it remind me how you do backgrounds and loose wet-into-wet technique and florals. (Cat and butterfly watercolor demonstration/ watercolor by Shibasaki). You go back in after painting and really blend and detail the edges and color-adjust. Your painting is surreal! :)

Lately I had problems finding motivation and you helped me quite a lot :) also I enjoy the way you edit your videos - the slow close ups of the brush and the paint in the beginning are so stunning...it really catches the mood of the painting process :) oh and your German accent - lovely ;) it's always funny to find other German TH-camrs... I think most colored pencils have oil in them and since water & oil don't mix very well, the oil shows up more. Maybe try painting then add colored pencils after the surface is dry.
Impressed with your artwork, but really tired of people who do their solicitations and Patreon advertisement (yawn) at the beginning of their videos. That's where you should work on the "hook" to engage people, not hitting them with a "pay me" commercial. Immediate turn-off. You're fortunate to be very talented. I've seen artists turn off a growing subscription list because of their soliciting. Save the Patreon for the end of the video, when your work has their undivided attention and they'll be glad to join.

You totally missed the point. The suggestion was to put her "commercial" at the end, like the book trailers do. Basic retail PR --- show the product, hook the customer, THEN ask for the money. Some of these "Sign up for this and that and it's a dollar..." run on for the first five minutes of a video, not seconds. I've even seen artists poor-mouth about their financial situation with way too much personal information. At least this one offers something to her followers instead of crying she doesn't have money for paint.

When I use watercolors on top of colored pencil area I have a oily kinda surface and it doesn't look to good , dont u have this as well?
