A Spell To Sell A Property -- Witchy Tips with Ariel Gatoga
This spell will help your efforts at selling a home or any other property.
This spell is best performed on the first Wednesday following a new moon.
Ingredients:
1. Dried Lavender
2. Dried Camomile
3. Granulated white sugar
4. Dirt from the property being sold
5. Yellow Candle
6. Anointing oil (vegetable oil with a bit of salt mixed in)
7. Square of yellow fabric
8. Ribbon or tie
9. Square of Mercury
10. Verbena perfume or oil
Here is the Square of Mercury. Be sure you make your own version of this:

Procedure:
00:00:00 - Introduction
00:01:30 - Blend Lavender, Camomile and dirt together as a powder
00:01:43 - Write the address of the property to be sold on the reverse of the Mercury square
00:02:00 - Personalize the Mercury square to your first name as shown.
00:03:48 - Place yellow fabric on altar.
00:04:02 - Anoint candle and place on Mercury square on top of the fabric.
00:04:17 - Sprinkle powder in a ring around the square and the candle, on top of the fabric.
00:04:46 - Light the candle and visualize a scene depicting the successful sale of your house. See this short scene over and over again, as if on a loop. Visualize for about five or ten minutes. Let candle burn down and out.
00:05:47 - Fold the square up into a small package.
00:06:16 - Gather the fabric at the corners and tie it up into a small charm bag.
00:06:48 - Anoint the charm bag with the verbena (van van).
00:07:04 - Bury the charm on the property.

The new moon is really a day or two after what the calander lists as a new moon. I would do it the following Wednesday, personally. Blessed be.

I meant to take the pouch back. My property is on rent (I can't legally enter according to the local laws when someone is renting the place) and I seem to be able to only throw it on the roof or put it somewhere close to it if I want to take it back . :) so I couldnt decide. If the pouch needs to be in the property I'll throw it on the roof and not take the pouch back. Otherwise I'll put it in the empty lot next to it. 🤣 funny and crazy at the same time I know. First world magical problems...
