Preference not to do drafing like in India. Options I like :- 1. Construction project Management 2. Realtor 3. BIM Or any other.

If you are not interested in the technical or design side of architecture then definitely its a good option and you will get a good pay if you join a construction management firm, architecture firm will always pay less !

The overall reviews of the college a decent as few people I know are from. That college the important point is that they will provide guidance for co-op and I would Even suggest you to add alumni from that college on linkdin for more clarity,.

You can get a pr but you might have to wait a while for jobs as firms here prefer people who have experience here, you can apply for Architecture technologist and bim related job , design I am not sure that we can get easily it will take time.
I feel if you are specializing in urban design go for masters, as the job market is small for urban design so its better to be in the top list of masters uni.

Hi, I don't get admission for may intake for construction project management so I took project management in Conestoga College...Is that course worthy?
the duration is 1 years but you can expect it to be over in 8months, the process from application to college to your visa can take upto 6 months, 3 months for the college application and 3 for visa can be less as well.
