    Some people really behave like idiots. Tito never went to school. He was recruited into the colonial army by force, why blame him for English. Don't forget that he organized the first anti Amin rebellion and formed the strongest army unit during the fight against Amin called Kikoosi Malum. He is a hero

      What he meant was that when he was called to go to Nairobi, he thought everything was ready only now requiring only his signature. But when he reached there 'there some part which was not considered yet' . So he had to stay for longer in Kenya.

      He go for military causes that takes either six months or one year and come back. You may laugh at his english but if you try to under stand what he wanted to say, it means alot. He was concerned about the country, the killing, the political thurggery, the tribalism and all. His not going to school was not his mistate but life during the time when he was young but despite that, he served his country well.
