What makes you say they “assumed superiority”? They were a successful minority within Uganda and had been living there for generations. Amin believed that expelling them would reinforce his popularity among the populace but ultimately proved horribly detrimental because the native population wasn’t skilled enough to sustain or administer the economy. If anything, it’s plain tragic that the Indian population got kicked out virtually overnight. Put yourself in their shoes before making such pointed statements on YT.

@@krishnagondhea7428 they created a nice world for themselves inside another world. this model only works temporarily unless you have someone else from outside with power and $ backing up the minority and any majority uprising. let's be realistic - Europeans and the Asians came their to build themselves up - and they did indeed. nothing wrong with that, but it's unsustainable, without creation of obtainable middle class that acts as a buffer for protection of the upper class/minority. the only force that is willing to give up their life for the upper class is the middle class, it is up to the upper class to grow the middle class if they are indeed interested in the long-term survival.
the point is simple - Europeans and the Asians failed to grow the protection that they needed and only depended on the external powers for protection. the moment the external protection was gone they had nobody to protect them from inside.
Warren Buffett and Bill Gates can go to Walmart and they do not have to worry because they are protected by the middle class. Most billionaires around the world are afraid to reside in their own country because their countries have a very small middle class (no protection). Take for example Mexico, the wealthy people in Mexico have the capacity, recourses to make it a great and safe nation. instead they build big fancy compounds for protection or reside in the US/Canada. again, nothing wrong with what they elect to do, but it should not be a surprise to them when someone comes after them.
as I stated it's up to the wealthy/minority to build their own protection, if not for the others but their own protection.

But even then they still don't remove him, because even outside of direct control he did more harm than good, but they didn't count on him to start cooperation with the PLO against Israel and war against neighboring Tanzania, thus risking new international crises and wars that will no longer be fully controllable.
Only then, they remove him from power through their second pawn Nyerere in Tanzania (he was a British agent who only seemingly freed his country from colonialism, but in reality only changed the form of enslavement and control, just like all the other "fighters for independence" - Gandhi, Jinnah, Nkrumah, Kenyatta, Kaunda, Mugabe, etc.)

She said their slogan, "Out of many nations, one people" proves it's not a Black country. I've visited Jamaica 2 or 3 times. Before you leave the airport they begin indoctrinating you that racism does not exist in Jamaica. Yet, it's rare for a Black Jamaican to own any of the stores or run any of the businesses. Those Jamaicans in deep poverty are overwhelmingly Black. There is Black "leadership" but clearly they align with maintaining a non-Black power base. Nothing that makes Jamaica famous comes from the Chinese, East Indians or Whites. Perhaps, they need to enact some Amin-isms.

The Indians did nothing but get rich off the Africans and abuse them very racist, even to their own country peoples they still have a Caste system, then lighter the skin the better they think they are, the darker Indians are looked down on by their lighter skinned people Indians, they look down on whites blacks Chinese and the darker ones look down on all to, strange they are almost acting like the British in that fact.

His issue is he offered them citizenship and yet they refused it and wanted to stay british. Meaning they paid taxes differently at that point than the nationals. Yes economy did collapse but that was because they did put sanctions on them with out even telling uganda that they were sanctioned because they thought he was crazy 😂. He only wanted to give his people all the chances they could have.

He was left with no choice but to expel them. They were brought to build a railway by the colonialists. He compasated all of them those who had businesses and other property were paid later.
