When your doing squats, is it okay for your wrists to be going back like that? I do that and someone told me that my wrists are supposed to be straight instead of going back
I think you have to do what is the most comfortable. At the end of the day, your wrists shouldn’t be holding the weight. The weight should be held on your back and pushed with your legs if that makes sense? So if you are feeling pain in your wrist when doing squats maybe switch up your wrist placement. If you feel fine, then it’s probably fine 😊
