About their Power levels: Ainz is level 100. Shalltear is also level 100, but has a large difference, in that she is fully optimized for pvp combat. When Ainz was building his character, he chose more spells and abilities to make him seem more like an "evil necromancer overlord" but were not as strong in pvp. Shalltear's abilities are also super effective against both undead and spellcasters, of which Ainz is both categories. Basically this is a nightmare matchup for Ainz.
Ainz's way of fighting is: Collect Adapt Attack He will first collect informations about his enemy, their skills, items, level, weapons, etc. He will do anything to collect as much cards from the enemy. He will then adapt to the enemy by using some items. Even the slightest differences can affect the result of the battle. Finally he will attack the enemy, with knowledge about the cards that the enemy will play.
The thing is Shalltear is the perfect 1v1 boss, all the floor guardians are npc hence they have outrageous status and HP, way more than players, the great difference is that players can adapt and the NPCs follow a set of mechanics and patterns even more so for Shalltear as she's "controlled" and on auto.
@@kazouitano2620 he also manipulates information, deceiving enemy into believing he's at a disadvantage or deceiving them that he is not aware of their trump card, as we see in his battle against shalltear.
Mare, while small and timid, focuses on natural disaster type magic, remember him using landslides to make hills around Nazarick. Could probably kill more people than any other floor guardian if they all wanted to
@@kinagrill more so, Mare is aloof. He isn't a sadist, but does not value those not belonging to Nazarick. He is well mannered either way though, as he has a meek temperament.
Honestly I don't think any combination of 2 floor guardians could probably beat her. It would probably take 3 minimum. She is really that strong. You can include Sebas in this even though he's not a floor guardian because he's meant to act like one. Sebas and The Pleiades 7 Sisters are probably the Floor Guardians for Floor 9. That floor cannot have a floor guardian. I'm guessing it's all 7 sisters because their leader doesn't have to be on the same floor to benefit them. She can buff anyone within the entirety of Nazarick and no one ever reached them to confirm the strategy to this. No name was ever made for all 7 sisters and Sebas. That said Sebas is really strong and might be one of the main members who would be sent against Shalltear. Aura, Cocytus, and Albedo are probably the other best options. However, Albedo is a defense build so she'd probably do more harm than good in a small group battle against Shalltear. She's more useful when she has like 5 others to back her up in larger battles. Not that she's weak in any way to new world standards Life steal is generally just the counter to defensive builds.
Honestly, the creators of Yggdrasil should be amazing. I mean, for you to create such items in the game while keeping it in balance. Welp, they are in the future.
@@kazouitano2620 it's probably just Kayaba Akihiko xD. Seriously now, they probably had top notch quantum super A.I.'s analysing everything. Using quantum technology is the only explanation way to run such a realistic game whit so many people and whit the mental dive function
@@kazouitano2620 "Never give up!" *says the Japanese fisherman think of the Japanese pride* Elon Musk is developing NeuroLink and we have some success, we are even discovering many new things related to our brain, not to talk about the advancement whit quantum computation. in less than 40-80 years I believe we can have all of that combined. So we just need to survive until then. Since Tesla is getting bigger whit time NeuroLink And spaceX Will get more investment. I just hope that Elon won't pursue blindly after SpaceX and leaves behind in comparison other projects that are way Better. Why do we even need mars right now? Ainz: strong build for war, weak for PvP. strong whit magic, weak whit physical combat. Is an undead. Shaltear: Strong build for PvP. Strong against Magic. Strong against undead. Battle: PvP
For clarification, Ainz in terms of ability has the disadvantage in battle against Shalltear. Ainz is Level 100 Necromancer specialised in using summoned undead to assist him. Shalltear however is a Level 100 Holy Magic Spellcaster and Close Combat Expert. That means alone in terms of abilities and character functions, Ainz really has low chances in beating her. Also the items and spells in Yggdrasil (the game) are categorized in Low, Mid, High, Legendary, Divine, Guild/Super and World Tier. World Items are the absolute peak of power and their effects can only be countered by an another world items. Each World Item is unique and if they are gone, they will be gone for good. Accessing even one World Item is a huge achievement and a loss of a world item can be catastrophic for an entire guild or clan.
Even if you’re not a Physical Fighter, being at max level can make a difference when facing weaker opponents... Mare is more of a Mage, but being level 100, just a slight wack will kill any “normal” people.
Yes, the bunny ears are a magical item used for communication. Ainz didn't have his "fellow" adventurers killed for shit-talking. He did it to keep this incident under wraps. Shaltear is too strong for him to beat in his adventurer disguise. He has no choice but to fight her in his true form, but he very much wants to keep this form secret... for the time being. Ains is worried about fighting Shaltear because she is technically stronger than him in single combat. In the game Yggdrasil NPCs were designed by the same rules as players, so it was entirely possible to create an NPC equal to a player (as far as stats and abilities go anyway, no idea how good the combat AI was). Shaltear was made by a power-gamer to be as strong as he could possibly make her. She's like the ultimate solo warrior. Momonga on the other hand built his character not solely for combat and power, but in part for roleplaying and in part as a supporter and administrator for the guild, which makes him technically less powerful than Shaltear in a one-on-one fight. For him to win, he has to outsmart and outmanouver her, because in a clash of pure power he will lose. World Item is just a power-level measurement. Not all of them are single-use only, but because they were so stupidly OP the vast majority were, so as to preserve the balancing of the game.
All hail lord Ains Ooal Gown There are a over 20 world items but there are 20 of them that are so powerful they were literally Game Changing. One sacrificed your account to delete the account of another player, and another allows you to make a request of the devs directly to maybe tweak the game or gain super rare items etc. These items are one time use but they would appear somewhere else not destroyed. Also, having a world item on you is the only way to negate another world item.
Remember, most of Ainz’s companions are max level, just like him. So even though Ainz’s would likely be stronger, the “NPC” is likely on par or close to giving Ainz difficulty
The description on the NPCs wasn't their programming, it was just something for people to read and appreciate, it was a story that said character would have if they were real. Well... they are now real so the description is also real, so whit time they gain new things other than what was in the description.
The bunny ears Narberal was using are item that grants her enhanced hearing, she uses them when talking to Ainz to make sure nobody is spying on her in the inn
Mare is the second strongest NPC In Nazarick and that stick is a divine class item, an end game item. There item grades go like this low -> middle -> high -> top -> legacy -> relic -> legendary -> divine. In the lore of the game of Yggdrasil world items are basically leaves of the world tree, holding the power of an entire world. They were literally game breaking item. One item let's you make a request to the Devs to change a single about the game. There is also another world item that basically deletes your opponent's entire character at the cost of deleting your own as well, the ultimate f*uck you. There are 200 world items but among them there are the twenty, the most powerful and game breaking. Only the twenty disappeared after one use because of his powerful they were. They weren't consumables it just meant that they would disappear and the Devs would hide the item again. World items were SUPER rare. It was the mark of a powerful guild. Ainz Ooal Gown has 11 world items but the number one guild in Yggdrasil only had 2 or three, let that sink in. The only way to defend against a world item is with another since world items bypass ALL immunities and resistances. Pandora's actor is a lvl 100 doppelganger and he has the ability to shape shift into any of the 41 members of Ainz Ooal Gown including Ainz. Ainz made him because he was feeling lonely, which is why PA can mimic the avatars of his guild mates. He acts like that because at the time Ainz was a chunnibyou. Ainz is an upper-middle level player so he wasn't the strongest in the game not even in his guild. Ainz's entire character is a roleplay build around the idea of an "Overlord of Death" so he specialises in instant death magic, which most high level players usually have resistances against magic most of instant death magic useless. Shalltear is a undead cleric, yeah I know how that sounds. She was made to be the first line of defence so she's REALLY strong. She has a PvP build and her creator used many exploits to make her stronger than what should have been allowed. She borders on being almost a cheat but isn't. She's also strong against undead and Ainz being an undead already puts him at a disadvantage.
Imbustul The Invader same thing isn’t it? The guardians are the strongest NPCs so Mare being the second strongest NPC is the same as saying he’s the second strongest guardian
@@Lethe1803 there are a select few NPCs stronger than the floor guardians. Examples that come to mind rn are Guren, a gigantic lava monster on Demiurge's floor that is very well optimised for fighting in its habitat, or Rubedo, the actual strongest character in Nazarick, Albedo's younger sister placed on Victim's floor which is theorised to be made using a world class item herself.
@@Lethe1803 well Rubedo is the strongest NPC and the she is in the 8th floor with the other op NPCs. She is the one of the reason 1500 player NPC raid was unsuccessful and even Touch Me can't defeat her while he can defeat Shalltear easily.
The twenty strongest world items are one shot only. They reappear elsewhere when used. Those twenty also do stuff like allow you to **change the rules of the game** Other world items are not quite as game breaking but still *super* strong.
Season 2's 1st half is all about proving the NPCs can learn, you're spot on! Also, only the twenty are onetime uses. other world-class items can be used as many times you want. The first time Ainz uses any, actively at least, is in Season 3. Mare, rather, uses avarice and generosity, which can store XP indefinitely. Ainz asked Pandora's actor to retrieve this item along with others in this episode. the Novels explains the abilities more in depth so not really a spoiler. PS, the throne in the throne room is a world-class time, but nobody knows exactly what it does, but Ainz sits on it all the time. The red orb within Ainz is also a world-class item, which he has never used to date.
Not all world items get destroyed after one use, only those 20 items are like that. There is only one copy of each world item, a world item can only be stopped by other world items or wild magic. The red orb inside of ainz is a world item.
World Items are divided into two, one them are the standard World Items that *doesn't vanish* after a single use and then there's the second group of world items called "The Twenty" or just "Twenty". The Twenty are 20 world items of bullsh*t level powers that *can only be used once.* An example of the Twenty would be "Ouroboros", a world item that can allow you to request the Devs to change a part of the game, of course the devs cannot allow unreasonable requests but this item pretty much allows you to change the game however you want as long as the devs approves. World Items are above in rank to that of any spell(tier 1-10) including supertier magic. The reason the magic Ainz used failed was because Wish Upon A Star is only a supertier magic and thus it cannot override the effects of a World Item. Only World Items can override another World Item's effect. World Items grant a status effect to it's wielder that prevents another world item from affecting them that's why Ainz wants to give the guardians World Items to protect them. Ainz himself also owns his personal world item. When it was still a game, the guild Ainz Ooal Gown had the most World Items in the game holding at most of 11 world items, the second place only had 3. Fun fact, the throne that Ainz sits on is a World Item, its called the "Throne of Kings" which is speculated to defend the whole of Nazarick against the effects of another world item. They got it as a bonus reward for clearing the old Nazarick Dungeon(before they made it their base) in only 1 attempt.(most of the time when conquering a dungeon in Yggdrasil, you need to attempt multiple times to gather information about the enemies, the terrain and the gimmick of the dungeon, the guild of Ainz Ooal Gown took huge risks by trying to do it in one go, basically going in blind)
It's also a dungeon clear where Momonga's (now Ainz) broken large spell list and him knowing all of their effects allowed them to do this. Of course Momonga himself felt like he barely did anything because he wasn't on the front lines when fighting bosses directly. I think this is mentioned in of the 41 supreme beings bios. Again cool detail that doesn't matter for this story but you can tell this obsessive detailing is what makes it this good.
One of the coolest sidestories in overlord, I think it should definitely be made into an ova or even a movie at some point(though you would have to really stretch it for a movie)
Someone once explained world items to me that they could alter the whole game for a limited amount of time or maybe even permanently. For example having a private server for your guild for a limited amount of time for resource or dungeon farming. Or maybe have admins or devs create a new skill or item just for you.
There were only 200 world items in the original Yggdrasil, most of them one time use. The thing is, some of them were so ridiculously OP that the few players that had them could in certain scenarios use them to extort the devs of the game to change some aspects of the game to their liking by the threat of really breaking things. That tells you how insanely lucky (or unlucky?) Ainz is to encounter one such item in the hands of some random person.
plenty talk about the strengths but I'll mention the characters. their character are a mix of the programming with their creators characteristics. they act a bit like the supreme ones which is why Ainz gets so nostalgic with them so often. as far as can they change I'll leave that to you to see or theorize
A "one time use" World Item isn't destroyed when used, it vanishes and reappears at a random location somewhere in the world. Their power is simply too great to allow a single person to wield them repeatedly. As an example, one of the Twenty allowed the user to change the laws of magic on a universal scale (ingame it meant that using the item lets you ask the game developers to make a change to the magic system), another was used at one point to ban members of a specific guild from entering one of the game's 9 worlds for an extended duration. They're really really goddamn powerful.
only 20/200 are one time uses, some of the 20 are you can delete anyone from existing, but you also get deleted, you can make a wish too the devs and get anything, you can change the magic system. WCI are items that allow you to break the games rules
I really like Pandora's Actor but he doesn't get a lot of screen time. Even though he's very powerful, everyone both underestimate and look down on him due to his personality. If you're wondering what he does, he can shape shift into any of the 41 leaders of Nazarick including Ainz himself ( when he transforms into them, his stats and abilities changes to theirs as well but can't copy their weapons and armor).
At 80% their capacity so he can still do a lot of things just not at max efficiency. And before anyone goes "THAT'S SO OP" 80% of a lvl 100 is 80. that difference in power made him useless in combat in the game. He was again one of the roleplay creations because they couldn't think of a way to make their "raid dungeon guild" even more broken so they had a lot of NPC levels to play for fun.
Wait...he guards the treasury, so technically, he COULD get the Supreme Ones' armor and also keep 80% of their stats. Are the equipment stats gona be the same tho? There are right?? Holy CRAP that is almost BROKEN.
The only awkward thing about the setup of Ainz versus Shalltear is that since every other battle in the story so far have been cartoonishly one-sided curbstomps, it's hard to feel like Ainz is ever in trouble, so when Albedo expresses concern over him fighting Shalltear, it's easy to just dismiss it as her being her usual overprotective self. The reality that Shalltear is basically the strongest character in Nazarick and specifically optimized to wreck house all over even level 100 player characters and has all kinds of tools in her kit to hard-counter characters like Ainz especially, doesn't set in until you actually see them fight and realize that he's the weaker of the two by far, and has to resort to sheer tactical superiority (and pay to win) to stand a chance against her.
The entire time they've been here there's no1 close to their power levels. Ainz wants to prove he's still a worthy player/overlord and Shaltear will give him that challenge/change to prove his worth. Remember he's been doubting himself alot since coming here, this will help him develop emotionally as their Supreme Overlord!!
He's often the third in command over all of Nazarick. He was in charge during season 4 for the end of that season. He also tends to get some of the most important missions. It's always funny because he's so freakishly cute.
3:20: There has never been a proven case of 8th tier magic existing in this world. Only one New World native can perform 6th tier. And it takes the Crown of Wisdom along with a 1/1,000,000 odds user to even activate the Crown to use a 7th tier spell. The World Items are the fallen leaves of the YGGDRASIL tree and have world-changing powers. They can only be obtained through ridiculously difficult events. Nazarick had more than anyone else in the game, but one was successfully stolen from them, once. 7:59: That is what Tabula Smaragdina looked like. He was a Brain Eater. Ainz made Pandora's Actor years ago when he was younger and going through a phase. Currently, he thinks PA is a weirdo and is ashamed he was into that kind of thing.
others have probably said, but the bunny ears, as have been explained to me at some point, is a spell cast on her or somesuch by the other (former) NPCs, to 'punish' her for being the one that gets to follow Ainz around. :P
It can be used to literally changed your whole existance/purpose.... Seriously if you can change one's personality by using a world item to type in or edit it, i would do anything to have that.
"Albedo cares about Ainz" If you think that's a revelation, I've got some news for you: Demiurge is a little clever, Pandora's Actor can be a bit dramatic, Shalltear thinks bones are charming, and Cocytus believes that being an uncle to Ainz's theoretical child would be "neat."
Let me just put it this way, there's a reason why Shaltear is guarding 3 floors instead of just one. There are only a select few in Nazarick who could take her on.
World Items are unique, only 1 of each kind in the entire universe. They are on the same power level as an administrator basically. When 1 is used it can changed how the world is working so they need heavy restrictions on the times they can be used
I think it's more likely that because Tanya is such good friends with Ainz. She probably just understands what Pandora is and just thinks it's funny that he had such a dark past. That said they are hundreds of years apart on the time line. So Tanya would also know things that interest both Ainz and Pandora being so far in the past.
Love the reactions. 1. Stop thinking the denizens of Nazerick as NPC- it'll be less confusing. 2. Not sure if someone has told you yet, but World items could change the programming in the game by using them, effectively changing the world. Even in the new world, the world items are from Yggdrasil (in the game there were 20 world items- a leaf from the world tree) that could be acquired through Raid Boss battles, special events or be meeting special requirements during these events, Ainz Ooal Gown owed 11 world items the most any guild had in the game. As far as i understand it, yes, some world items were a onetime use item while others re spawn after being used, meaning one would have to redo the quest or Raid boss again to claim it. Hope this was helpful- a lot of LN info is left out will were I can.
One thing they missed with the Pandora's Actor scene, Albedo and Yuri the Head Maid were super jealous because Pandora's Actor's creator was still with them.
Okay, because there were some different comments about the world items, I copied some information from the light novel: - there are supposedly 200 total World items - The Guild Ainz Oal Goan possesses 11 of them - Many Players had the opinion world items are to broken - Among the World items was a group called the 20: -- one was Longinus wich could delete the targets account, but would delete the users account as well - (the accounts couldn't be recovered by any means other then the use of another world item) -- Ahura Mazda, wich had a powerful effect against targets with negative karma and could cover an entire world -- Wu Xing Controlling Cycle, which allowed the user to demand the company of Yggdrasil to change part of the magic system -- Ouroboros, same as Wu Xing Controlling Cycle, but not restricted to magic system -- World Saver, the most powerful item, which usually had only as much attack power as a club but could have allowed a solo fighter to take out Nazarick even back when all the guild members were around, since it could grow limitless more powerful. - the twenty are all one use items, after use they would respawn somewhere else - Nazarick owns 2 of the twenty
You should know: Mare, the dark elf spellcaster, he may be just a child, but he is also level 100. Far stronger than any of the adventurers in E-Rantel. Also, Pandora's Actor is arguably equal to Demiurge and Albedo in terms of Power amd Intelligence.
The world items are finite and at the same time not (well, on the new world they are), igdrassil was a sandbox-like game with 5 worlds, in those 5 worlds there are spread numerous world items, *some* of which are 1 use some are not, for example, albedo's weapon is actually a world item, its a staff that can deal major aoe damage over a large area (like, i think about as big as a city? Not sure) that can also turn into a battle axe, this is not 1 use, theres another world item (dont remember specifics) that would take out everyone with negative karma (which is sth that determines how good or bad u r, for example, demiurge has -500)and another which does the same but for positive karma, both of these r 1 use, and then there is stuff like the staff of ainz owl goan that is a crafted pseudo world item that possesses tremendous power, however if it was destroyed or stolen the whole guild would be disbanded, and since ainz doesnt want to see what would happen he keeps it in the 9th floor (which is NOT the vault, but is also the most op floor out there, using a bunch of the game's exploits, glitches and broken game mechanics)
Fun fact about world items that never comes up in the story so i don't think its a spoiler... but just to be safe. In game the guild Ainz Ooal Gown, had control over a MASSIVE and VERY RARE metal mine, that they defended with overwhelming force. They lost that mine when a rival guild used a World Item to literally make it impossible for any of their guild members to enter the mine. (As in the game itself would then on constantly check anyone inside mine for membership to the guild "Ainz Ooal Gown" and if true proceeds to kick them out)
PA BEST SON! Pandor's Actor can transform in any 45 transformations for 80% of their abilities (the meaning is a bit vague in the LN), but 41 of them are the supreme beings. The others are unknown.
There are 200 World Item in total and of the 200, 20 are so op that they are 1 use and will respawn somewhere on the world. The guild had 11 world item and someone stole 1 world item from them.they have 2 world item from the 20. One world has the ability to delete the a character from the game in expanse of deleting your own character. The deleted character can't be revived unless you have another world item which has the ability to revive anything, be it from reviving deleted character or just normal revive but it is also from the 20. The Red Orb in Ainz's stomach is also a World Item, we don't know its function but it is every effective against dragons. The Throne is also a World Item, I think they got it as a reward for clearing the hardest dungeon. The other functions of a world item is protection from other world item( and something special in the New World). If the mind control is used on Ainz it won't work like it did on Shalltear.
Shalltear would destroy him mainly because she's a mage destroyer. His burst damage is probably the highest in the guild, but that means nothing to Shalltear. It would not be worth having him on a team to fight her. That said he could do good damage to virtually everyone else, but Shalltear is the strongest floor guardian. She's also the floor guardian most players never beat.
no all the world items are from Yeggrisal the game. many of them can be used multiple times but 20 of them are so powerful that they can only be used once. the world item used on shaltear is called "downfall of castle and country"
One thing to bear in mind, Shalltear has the most battle experience in Yggdrasil. Since she is the guardian of the first three floors of Nazarick, she was the first line of defense. Also, because she is the most optimized and min-maxed character, she was the go-to NPC that Ainz would pick to tag along with him and fend off invaders near the end of the game. Later in the books he even comments that, has she acted smarter during their battle (summoning Einherjar right away to buy her time while she somehow built her blood frenzy), he would've had to run away from battle.
Didn't see anyone talk about world items scrolling down a bit, but World Items are unique items. Only 1 can be spawned in the world of each type at a time. There are no limits to what World Items do. There are world items that when it was a game caused the devs to permanently change things in their game. They all do different specialized things, but they do so without any limit. They are the highest level of item in the game. That is why even though undead are pretty much immune to mind control that shalltear could be mind controlled using one. There's my non spoiler comb over of world items. There are other settings world items or items at that level possess that I did not say, but these are the important basics for them. That even though you are at the current episode may not know. =3
At the moment it's not confirmed the world items are from the new world as there is still the possibility of other players. Some world items are single use. However they don't destroy, they teleport to a random spot in the world and must be recovered again. Normally, if you kill a player with a world item, you get their item. The item used against shalltear was the white and gold dress the old woman was wearing. I believe it was called downfall of king and country.
my understanding is that not all world items break after use, the twenty most powerful have the power to permanently change the world, but will break after use. there are something like 200 world items total if memory serves
the lore is actualy great it comes from Ygdrasil the world tree .. it fell and 9 of it's leafs became the 9 worlds and the rest became world items or were eaten by the world eater there are 20 one time use world items (the 20 .. as they are called ^^) .. and they are insanely OP .. for example... the most powerful one. let's you make a "wish" to the developers and they have to implement it /edit I don't know how many "normal" world items are out there, but Ainz Ool Gown was one of the guilds who had the most world items /edit on the reason, why Shelltear is the most powerful guardian .. Ygdrasil was geared towards discovery with max. 5 levels being the norm for any class, profession or race you can't make a lvl20 warrior .. you're a lvl5 swordsman, lvl5 brawler, lvl5 soldier and lvl5 human or something like that .. with higher tier classes being unlocked when the right combination of levels in the right classes are taken (and the right conditions apply) but for Shelltear, her creator could just choose levels as he liked for a max lvl character .. and he''s a powergamer ^^ so he could take levels in a combination, that would render your character unplayable for 99% of the game simply because once all relevant skills were unlocked at lvl100 you'd have some powerfull combination unlocked .. like a high level undead who's immune to holly dmg
it seems that in this world items do not regenerate and will be lost forever like for example the enemies or people that are killed can be resurrected in a certain time if this is a real game but instead they are not so having the ability to ressurect is actually a god skill if you think about it.
12:10 she has weapon and skills that are tactical advantage over Ainz normal she would be weaker then him but with this she can make up the power difference
World items only can be used once because they can literally change the world, if I recall correctly, 1of them can be used to perma ban the IP of one player, so basically you will not be able to play the game again, imagine that thing with infinite uses
Pandora's Actor is a Greater Doppleganger. He can shapeshift to anything pretty much; but his TRUE ability is that he can take the form of and use all the skills of ANY of the 41 guild members, though the power of the ability or skill will be 80% of normal power.
*Shalltear* Shalltear is the strongest NPC in Nazarick, she has defeated players before and was created as a specific counter to Ainz. She guards the first 3 floors by herself... because she is so badass. Undead: Resistance to negative energy (instant death, and so on) Undead: Never runs out of stamina, so she can swing her lance forever Life Steal: Keep healing to damage (Summons are basically healing potions to her) Blood Pool: Can absorb blood and use for attacks (not from Ainz, but living summons) Holy Magic: Counters Undead Trump Card: spoilers There is some other stuff as well, she is hella dangerous.
Nabe's bunny ears are another of the Role Play focus the guild members put into their creations. It's called Rabbit Ears and it I think 1st tier spell that just enhances the user's hearing senses checks. Pretty useless for a magic caster because on max levels you'd have thief classes around to do it. But there is of course a "gamer" reason she has it as well as Rabbit Foot which increases luck stat a bit and Bunny Tail which decreases aggro of monsters towards the caster. Really useless spells but here's the catch: Using all three spells of Rabbit Ears/Rabbit Foot/Bunny Tail by a female caster grants them a costume transmogrification into bunny girl costume. So yes her creator had what I like to call Peroroncino (the ero-game enthusiast) moment. Oh but it proved useful for when they are are actually playing clandestine operations by making sure no one was close enough to hear her talk about Nazarick.
World item the 20 is the most powerful item once they are used they are sent some well else but the rest of 280 don’t do that you can use them with out have to feel they would be gone
14:10 Ainz doesnt have good pvp build, all his skills are for roleplaying. But he is good at strategy, so he could lose first or second time, but he never lost later because of knowledge
I know you already watched the next episodes but I'll explain World Items. Divine/God items are below World Items because based on lore it's the power of a universe (multiverse lore). There's ONLY ONE of each World Item (no dupes). Also a vast MAJORITY of World Items were never found. Again NEVER found, meaning the most popular MMO for years never saw all the World Items nor know what they do. The Twenty World Items are the only 1 time use items, the rest are reusable. These items are sooo rare that Ainz Ooal Gown is one of the top Guilds and has the MOST, by far, World Items and they only have 8 (Ainz had one stolen from him though). Most players will never even see a World Item, even used against them or in a Guild War. All World Items ONLY come from the game, it's not a New World item. Meaning a Player at one point had the world item and somewhere along the way these weak humans possess it, not going to spoil. Lastly, World Items are the only things to counter World Items. Simply holding one makes everything you have stronger. Even if someone is immune to fear your fear spell can work on them. Just to list some World Item effects so you can know how dumb they can be: 1) Delete a player's account but at the cost of your own (the ultimate F-U). 2) Call a GM and have anything you want granted, within reason. 3) Absorb and store exp like a vacuum and use it anytime you want (TONS of abilities and the strongest spells use exp, this is insane because ppl have a limit to how much they can store beyond lvl 100 before they lose levels). 4) Change the magic system of the game however you want (this could be insane based on your imagination). 5) Kill everything with negative Karma (THE ENTIRE PLANET). 6) A weak club...but every hit makes it stronger and levels. Sounds odd but it was described as being able to take over ALL of Nazarick at a certain level (there is no limit, infinite power and toughness, since there's no counter-play at some point). 7) Lock something in a different dimension (no known escape). 8) And race changing. Already exists in game but this probably means changing your race without any consequence or even theorized to be keep you old race skills and lvl up again as a new race (potentially unlimited power or at least the power of 2 max races).
You are underestimating Shalltear too much. She's the strongest out of all the guardians except Gargantua. The only reason Shalltear lost was because Ainz outsmarted her. Otherwise, Shalltear is a direct counter to Ainz. Ainz had said this later in the novel, that under different circumstances, and had Shalltear acted cautiously like summoning Einherjer right from the start, Ainz would have no choice but to run away.
You have some missconceptions about the world items so let me elaborate: SOME of them are single-use. They are nown as "the 20" and they are completely insane. One of them is called "ouroboros" and for activating it, you contact the developer and make a wish. One other completely deletes one player from the game, at the cost of your own character. Noone realy knows what happens to these after use. The rest is usable multible times. The one Shalltear is under controll of is called "Downfall of castle and country" and it can controll one entety, regardless of any resistances or immunitys against mind-controlling abilitys. The others I got out the treasury are "Depiction of naure and society", with which you can choose an area and teleport all entetys within that area (but allways including the user) into a diferent dimension of your choosing (like an ice desert or vulcano) on each of these are exits, randomly generated, with the number being different for the maps. If you defeat the user or escape, you automaticly become the owner of the Item. Importaint to note is, that entetys holding world items, are imune to the effects of other world items.
Well Ainz is considered a great pvp master in the game. Even with a disadvantage in items, class and such, with the correct procedure, Ainz will win.
@@kazouitano2620 but that was since he was smart and kinda exploited mechanics.
Ainz's way of fighting is:
Collect
Adapt
Attack
He will first collect informations about his enemy, their skills, items, level, weapons, etc.

Could probably kill more people than any other floor guardian if they all wanted to
Yap, just one tap to the ground.
And he's about as twisted and pleasure-from-the-pain-of-others as the rest of the lot XD
@@kinagrill more so, Mare is aloof. He isn't a sadist, but does not value those not belonging to Nazarick. He is well mannered either way though, as he has a meek temperament.
I only have one thing to say, don't you ever underestimate Shalltear Bloodfallen, she's a beast. She is a 1vs1 killing machine.

Ainz: strong build for war, weak for PvP. strong whit magic, weak whit physical combat. Is an undead.
Shaltear: Strong build for PvP. Strong against Magic. Strong against undead.
Battle: PvP
Ainz has a roleplay build, less suited for combat.
I guess it's more PvNPC
Not to mention if u even want a *chance just to deal damage* u have to be within 20 levels of them
Actually, no
Mare's Physical Attack stats is still 70+ while compared to Ainz's 33~ish.. They are both lv100
Only 20 out of all the 200 world items were single use

There are a over 20 world items but there are 20 of them that are so powerful they were literally Game Changing. One sacrificed your account to delete the account of another player, and another allows you to make a request of the devs directly to maybe tweak the game or gain super rare items etc. These items are one time use but they would appear somewhere else not destroyed. Also, having a world item on you is the only way to negate another world item.
200 total of which 20 are one use.
not all world items are one time use, but the one time use items are so rediculiously powerful. the others are just top tier equipment
Well Mare is second strongest guardian
Dávid Štulajter I know about rubedo and how she is the actual strongest I just didn’t include her because we know so little about her.
The twenty strongest world items are one shot only. They reappear elsewhere when used. Those twenty also do stuff like allow you to **change the rules of the game**
Other world items are not quite as game breaking but still *super* strong.
Ah Pandora's Actor, truly the best boy in this series
I wonder what that red orb could do.
Not all world items get destroyed after one use, only those 20 items are like that. There is only one copy of each world item, a world item can only be stopped by other world items or wild magic. The red orb inside of ainz is a world item.
Ugh I didn't know it was a world item lol😂 I've seen all the seasons tho, that was in the manga?
World Items are divided into two,
one them are the standard World Items that *doesn't vanish* after a single use and then there's the second group of world items called "The Twenty" or just "Twenty". The Twenty are 20 world items of bullsh*t level powers that *can only be used once.*
An example of the Twenty would be "Ouroboros", a world item that can allow you to request the Devs to change a part of the game, of course the devs cannot allow unreasonable requests but this item pretty much allows you to change the game however you want as long as the devs approves.
Season 2 is my favorite of this series I think, so I'm glad you will keep going!
Pandora's actor was voiced by Mamoru Miyano, who played tamaki suoh in ouran high school host club and kotaro tatsumi in Zombie land saga.
World items are incredibly powerful. They can change the laws of the universe itself. If you were to use one to reverse gravity. So it would be.
Shalltear was voiced by sumire uesaka, who played angela carpenter in carole & tuesday.

@@Nickboy5 so the ancient and Artefac class do realy exist but guild ainz oal gown has it?

only 20/200 are one time uses, some of the 20 are you can delete anyone from existing, but you also get deleted, you can make a wish too the devs and get anything, you can change the magic system.
@@Zolwiol Eclair Ecleir Eicler comes to mind.
You forget that he took off the rings, didn't take most of his gear or even the Staff...
Mare (The little dark elf with the staff) is one of the most powerful npc's in Nazarick
The staff of Ainz is an item that can change and bend reality.
It can be used to literally changed your whole existance/purpose....

"Albedo cares about Ainz"
If you think that's a revelation, I've got some news for you: Demiurge is a little clever, Pandora's Actor can be a bit dramatic, Shalltear thinks bones are charming, and Cocytus believes that being an uncle to Ainz's theoretical child would be "neat."
Let me just put it this way, there's a reason why Shaltear is guarding 3 floors instead of just one. There are only a select few in Nazarick who could take her on.
This whole episode plays out differently in the books. Wow.

They are on the same power level as an administrator basically.
When 1 is used it can changed how the world is working so they need heavy restrictions on the times they can be used

Cutest character in the show. Would Pat 10/10.
Lmao at his reaction to seeing pandora's actor speaking German
Lol.... the secret to why he was able to bond with Tanya D'Gurechaff
Season 3 is amazing
Miyano also played ertegun in carole & tuesday.
Okay, because there were some different comments about the world items, I copied some information from the light novel:
- there are supposedly 200 total World items
- The Guild Ainz Oal Goan possesses 11 of them
- Many Players had the opinion world items are to broken
- Among the World items was a group called the 20:
-- one was Longinus wich could delete the targets account, but would delete the users account as well
- (the accounts couldn't be recovered by any means other then the use of another world item)
-- Ahura Mazda, wich had a powerful effect against targets with negative karma and could cover an entire world
-- Wu Xing Controlling Cycle, which allowed the user to demand the company of Yggdrasil to change part of the magic system
-- Ouroboros, same as Wu Xing Controlling Cycle, but not restricted to magic system
-- World Saver, the most powerful item, which usually had only as much attack power as a club but could have allowed a solo fighter to take out Nazarick even back when all the guild members were around, since it could grow limitless more powerful.
- the twenty are all one use items, after use they would respawn somewhere else
- Nazarick owns 2 of the twenty
Not sure) that can also turn into a battle axe, this is not 1 use, theres another world item (dont remember specifics) that would take out everyone with negative karma (which is sth that determines how good or bad u r, for example, demiurge has -500)and another which does the same but for positive karma, both of these r 1 use, and then there is stuff like the staff of ainz owl goan that is a crafted pseudo world item that possesses tremendous power, however if it was destroyed or stolen the whole guild would be disbanded, and since ainz doesnt want to see what would happen he keeps it in the 9th floor (which is NOT the vault, but is also the most op floor out there, using a bunch of the game's exploits, glitches and broken game mechanics)
the anime cuts alot of dialog between the mythrial adventure meting, it is pretty interesting
the question about "do they learn or are they just NPC" will be answered in S2
Pandora's Actor is one of my favorite characters
4:32 lmao Mare is one of the strongest, he may even beat Shalt :D
Fun fact: Pandora’s Actors uniform is actually based of an SS officers uniform from WW2
Tabula is Albedo’s creator. So when Albedo saw Pandora’s Actor turn into her, she immodestly became suspicious.
My boy Pandora's actor!!
Ainz mean it when he said he might lose to Shalltear, she is that strong.
By the way, dont look down on Mare, he may be "tiniest minion" but he's actualy the strongest floor guardian after Shalltear and Gargantua
El. Psy. Kongroo.
only the 20 is destroyed after use. and there a lot of other world items than that.
but yes, if you use the 20 you need to hunt them again.
theres a world item that u can use to bullshit somebody and completely delete their acct forever xD
my understanding is that not all world items break after use, the twenty most powerful have the power to permanently change the world, but will break after use. there are something like 200 world items total if memory serves
the lore is actualy great it comes from Ygdrasil the world tree .. it fell and 9 of it's leafs became the 9 worlds and the rest became world items or were eaten by the world eater
there are 20 one time use world items (the 20 .. as they are called ^^) .. and they are insanely OP .. for example... the most powerful one. let's you make a "wish" to the developers and they have to implement it /edit I don't know how many "normal" world items are out there, but Ainz Ool Gown was one of the guilds who had the most world items /edit
on the reason, why Shelltear is the most powerful guardian .. Ygdrasil was geared towards discovery with max. 5 levels being the norm for any class, profession or race you can't make a lvl20 warrior .. you're a lvl5 swordsman, lvl5 brawler, lvl5 soldier and lvl5 human or something like that .. with higher tier classes being unlocked when the right combination of levels in the right classes are taken (and the right conditions apply)
but for Shelltear, her creator could just choose levels as he liked for a max lvl character .. and he''s a powergamer ^^ so he could take levels in a combination, that would render your character unplayable for 99% of the game simply because once all relevant skills were unlocked at lvl100 you'd have some powerfull combination unlocked .. like a high level undead who's immune to holly dmg
it seems that in this world items do not regenerate and will be lost forever like for example the enemies or people that are killed can be resurrected in a certain time if this is a real game but instead they are not so having the ability to ressurect is actually a god skill if you think about it.
Not all world items are 1 time use. Only the most powerful ones, which were so good they were classified as "the twenty".
Watch the whole series. Animation does not ruin the story.
Feeling incomplete is better that watching Tokyo Ghoul after season 1
12:10 she has weapon and skills that are tactical advantage over Ainz normal she would be weaker then him but with this she can make up the power difference
Please watch so 12,13 together if it's possible
World items only can be used once because they can literally change the world, if I recall correctly, 1of them can be used to perma ban the IP of one player, so basically you will not be able to play the game again, imagine that thing with infinite uses
Pandora's Actor is a Greater Doppleganger. He can shapeshift to anything pretty much; but his TRUE ability is that he can take the form of and use all the skills of ANY of the 41 guild members, though the power of the ability or skill will be 80% of normal power.
*Shalltear*
Shalltear is the strongest NPC in Nazarick, she has defeated players before and was created as a specific counter to Ainz.
She guards the first 3 floors by herself... because she is so badass.
Undead: Resistance to negative energy (instant death, and so on)
Undead: Never runs out of stamina, so she can swing her lance forever
Life Steal: Keep healing to damage (Summons are basically healing potions to her)
Blood Pool: Can absorb blood and use for attacks (not from Ainz, but living summons)
Holy Magic: Counters Undead
Trump Card: spoilers
There is some other stuff as well, she is hella dangerous.
Some world items is 1 per use a day i think
Not all World Items are Single-Use. Only the most powerful "Twenty". Because they are just too OP.
World item the 20 is the most powerful item once they are used they are sent some well else but the rest of 280 don’t do that you can use them with out have to feel they would be gone
the floor guardians, are all game bosses, so don't underestimate them.
Still you got to remember, all the guardians are lvl 100 and in terms of 1v1 Shalltear is the strongest.
Everyone says Sword Art S2 and 3 are garbage but they’re amazing lol
There are some people in nazarick who stronger then ainz
And watch all 3 seasons
*SPLAT SPLAT SPLAT SPLAT SPLAT*
You are underestimating Shalltear too much. She's the strongest out of all the guardians except Gargantua. The only reason Shalltear lost was because Ainz outsmarted her. Otherwise, Shalltear is a direct counter to Ainz.
Ainz had said this later in the novel, that under different circumstances, and had Shalltear acted cautiously like summoning Einherjer right from the start, Ainz would have no choice but to run away.
You have some missconceptions about the world items so let me elaborate:
SOME of them are single-use.
Season 2 is about lizard sex
All guardians is on the same level as ainz
you should to upload ainz vs shalltear fight in one video.
