How would it have even been possible to fill out the jury verdict slip if Counts 1 and 3 were not guilty, and then they left Count 2 blank - according to Judge Bev, that would have meant all three counts were not guilty. They weren't decided on Count 2 so that barred them from filling out the slip at all.
I don't know anything about these case, but I have a questions, was it a DNA done to see if her DNA was found on him since she is being accused of beating him to death ? Was his DNA found on the car ,that could prove she ran over him.
