I doubt if the Pumpkins ever read any of this, but just wanted to congratulate them on an unbelievable tour. Saw them in Atlanta. Opening = amazing. Media presentation = worthwhile. And the sound = super tight. In the past, they tended to rush through some songs, and honestly, there were times when I couldn't even tell what song they were playing. But THIS tour is just... wow. They sound just like the CD on every single song. It was like they had something to prove, and boy, did they ever. The sound is so clean and tight. If you have tickets for this tour, you're in for a real ride. If you don't, get tickets---it's not to be missed. I worked the concert, so I couldn't really kick back and enjoy it---now I'm trying to figure out where / how I can get to see it again. Congrats again guys---hope it's a sign of things to come.
saw the show in LA. I have been to thousands of concerts over the last 30 years and this was for sure in my top 3. Mind blowing. I would see it over and over in
I love how you shot this. Makes me feel like I was there. Thank you so much. I am moved to tears. I live far from the US and all I can do is settle for this. Thank you
Thank you for uploading this! I caught them in Atlanta. Best show I've ever been too!! I've been a fan for 21 years. To finally see them live, was more than a dream come true. Best band ever! Long live SP!
kyle Scott, yeah with no encore either!!! First time I've ever heard of them doing that. Billy's always been huge on encores. They just flat laid them all out in a long line! He's like, you came to hear them, we're gonna freaking play them... without teasing you!!!
They tore it up here in Phoenix. For all you Smashing Pumpkins fans out there this is a phenomenal show even without Darcy. It was a magical night of going back to my teens.
Graphics are so beautiful with the Mellon Collie intro playing behind them- and then Billy sounds goddamn BEAUTIFUL when he starts belting this thing out. One of the best bands of the 90’s. This tour should have more Mellon Collie on it, though.
They played tonight, zero, bullet, 1979, muzzle, 33, and porcelina. Not a small number of MCIS songs! I would love to hear the return of jellybelly, fuck you, or here is no why, tho!
I saw em back to back (Toronto and then London the next night) if you love the pumpkins and haven't seen em before and you have the back to back opportunity... do it!! It's worth it... it's epic!! Thanks for the upload...
The OKC show was nothing short of PHENOMENAL! almost a full 3 hour set and they could've played another hour. The deep cuts are what made this an awesome show: To Martha, Porcelina of the vast oceans, to Sheila and then Stairway To Heaven!! It's been 3 days and I'm STILL blown away!
This is probably my favorite song...of all! Wish I could see them perform it live, and I like it when they perform it like the recorded version and not too funky and different
In a word? Epic! If you're familiar with most of the material and they are coming to a nearby city - GO!! I went to U2 a few months back - this one trounced it. Arenas are never great for sound, but they sounded as good as the better sounding shows I've been too and Corgan's voice - along with a killer light/graphics show - was on target. I gotta think this tour is the one to see them on as that setlist won't be surpassed in the future....if there even is a future for them after the tour and next album (hopefully so).
Joseph Bilagody it really was and a first for me as well! I have wanted to see them since i was 12 (now 38) but missed every show. My husband and i were infront of the stage at row 6. It was awesome!!
Corgan is a musical genius and incredibly intelligent individual...While it is a bummer that Darcy isn't aboard for this reunion, I don't think it was Billy's fault in any way...Best band of the '90s by a mile, and Corgan is one of our last real rock stars...
portalsofmadnes We were at this show in AZ. They were so perfect. The song and the visuals. Absolutely phenomenal. It didn't even feel real it was so good.
I've always underestimated this band until I saw them live in Denver recently. I had no idea the depth of these guys and Billy in particular. He's an absolute genius!! I was of the (stupid) belief that they were kinda a radio band with songs like bullets with butterfly wings and 1979 as their only really "good" songs, boy was I wrong. I felt the same way after seeing this band as I do with other really good bands (Tool mainly.) I felt like by the end of the show I've encompassed every possible human emotion and felt a feeling that I just can't put into words. I've seen hundreds of shows and their performance in Denver just blew me away entirely. Anybody got any good suggestions on where to start getting into this band? I feel like I should've known they were more epic and deep than just a radio band but I wanna delve into these guys head first and listen to what they're all about
Glad they brought back the old t shirt designs and single designs for the intro (Angel and Devil Gish shirts, Disarm smile cover, the two moons from the I Am One single, the Tambourine girl from the other I Am One single, and the devil t shirt design from Mellon Collie era).
Brandon Johnson it was great! I loved at the end of bullet, james missed picking it back up after he had us sing. Heckled him, iha kicked over his mic stand and they restarted.
Y’all I’ll tell you this: I’m not the biggest smashing pumpkins fan, but I know a lot of their hit songs mainly from my brother. (He used to play them EVERYDAY). I went to see them in Sioux Falls with my older brother and I’ll admit, I didn’t know about 75% of what was going on during this show cuz I had never heard those songs 😂 but, they do so many amazing things during this show it turned every second amazing. The visuals were breathtaking, & they were almost just as good if not better as when I saw Paul McCartney live! (In the same arena actually) and I’m a HUUGGGEE beatle nerd! So, go see this show! You’ll love it even if you only know five songs like I did 😂
HIHOWARE YOU I just got home from the Montreal concert. I am beside myself with joy. It was incredible. Quite possibly the best concert I’ve ever been to!
Omg. You can feel the energy of this show just with the opening chords of Disarm. This is truly special, does anyone know the whereabouts of Billy’s autistic brother these days? I got the feeling from the ‘I will never forget’ over the birth certificate that maybe he has since died. Regardless, whatever it meant it punched me right in the guts.
He’s still around and healthy. He shows up to most of the wrestling rehearsals, he’s also a huge fan of wrestling. The “I will never forget” is just loving big brother tribute to him as in “I will never forget the day you were born”. ♥️
I’m surprised they opened up with Disarm. I’d love to see SP in concert, they are my favorite 90s band, second is Alice In Chains and then maybe Pearl Jam
In 2018 I relapsed on heroin for 3 months straight I was a 12th grade junkie so from 2010 to 2018 I never used opiates. Until started taking Adderall. So once I screwed my subs me and my bro went on a heroin binge so extreme.at this point I've been crying at work, not feeling comfortable because being DOMINATED by heroin is Slavery. Le was I sold most of my guitar, bass, pedals, cymbals. They were EVERYTHING to me. Being molested for four yrs, I dont know if i would of been here. If it wasn't
We just saw them tonight they were amazing!!! The video that played through on the screen was so artistic I loved it. Does anyone know who the actor was who played in it? He is so familiar....
The actor I think you’re referring to is the lead singer from Sugar Ray. Billy has had a friendship with him for decades and Billy also wrote the song (I forget the name of the song) for them, “all around the world statues crumble for me”.
I saw them bro. They were way better than I expected. I loved it. James and Billy's chemistry seem to be mended, too. My mom cried at the beginning of disarm, and for martha.
This tour is the best thing the Pumpkins could have done at this point. I'd love to go to a show someday. ♡ Also: is the other boy in the video the half brother "Spaceboy" is about?
James you would just have to study their symbols and stuff. I was at the show last night but left after I saw this intro and the continued satanic theme in each song. It was all set up like a ritual. TH-cam search mark passio Black sun satanic cult. It’s about 8 min. Barbie, i missed him announcing the Illuminati. Is that in this video or another? Or was that part of the prerecorded video they played that I saw a clip of?
you realize that bands use satantic symbolism and all that shit for market value to keep it more interesting and cool. this is how the art department works. they barely know anything about it, they literally look up satanic symbolism to put in so it looks cooler (which it does)
Crypto Tex You’re an absolute fool and this ignorance is truly why people from other countries make fun of Americans and their self righteous religiously ignorant opinions. Please, do this world a favor and pick up a book that’s not the Bible or conspiracy based.
Impossible to watch without getting tears in eyes. So moving. What a way to open the show. Greatest band ever.
The best ever. I grew up with them and will love them always. Billy is the voice of my generation.
Almost cried, lol
I did cry!!!
Steve Karassavidis I agree! I saw them in OKC on 7/24/2018. I get tears in my eyes from this video too.
Well said, I was so impressed with this tour!
What a band.... What a very special band.
Hazy Cosmic Jive amnesiac💕
Josh Serna You're the gundam fan, mate
this was best opening to a show i have ever seen. glad i dropped $150 to see it with my own eyes.
I doubt if the Pumpkins ever read any of this, but just wanted to congratulate them on an unbelievable tour. Saw them in Atlanta. Opening = amazing. Media presentation = worthwhile. I was at the Nashville show a few nights ago. I'd give anything to see this show again. The best concert I've ever seen.
Jason Smith same! I’ve been saying the same!
saw the show in LA. I have been to thousands of concerts over the last 30 years and this was for sure in my top 3. Mind blowing. I would see it over and over in
I hope this gets release on dvd.
The second I saw the van, I started crying, it's like seeing a flashback of my teens. Thanks for sharing :)
This was my
Fav part of the whole show I think.
Here we are in the middle of our life-thank god for SP to give us a glimpse of a time in our past that was special to each and every one of us.
Well said!
That’s the best live version of Disarm I’ve heard in a long time. Since the mid 90s
Corgan's probably been working hard on getting his voice back, and it really is showing.
I love the slideshow of him as a kid. Very amazing performance! :)
Purrrr fection. Sublime, nostalgia, so beautiful. Seeing them in London next week, cant wait
Epic!!!!!!! I can’t wait to watch them live now!!!!! Only one more month!!!!
Same, can't wait for July 29th!
Same again
I got to see them last night. It was amazing!!! 31 songs.
You’re going to love it I promise
Amazing show, they played so many hits
kyle Scott, yeah with no encore either!!! First time I've ever heard of them doing that. Billy's always been huge on encores. They just flat laid them all out in a long line! He's like, you came to hear them, we're gonna freaking play them... without teasing you!!!
There was an encore
My favorite part of the show was For Martha... the video of the ballet dancer and the kid was amazing.
Agreed! Best show I have ever seen.
One of the best shows this year ❤❤
Im in tears already. Cant wait to see this live!!
A true Smashing Pumpkin’s intro..... beautiful
The disarm pictures got me
Amazing opening
Thanks for posting!!! I'm eager to see them in Pittsburgh, and Columbus!!!!!!!!
Being there was a 100x better, just amazing. Thanks for video
They tore it up here in Phoenix. For all you Smashing Pumpkins fans out there this is a phenomenal show even without Darcy. It was a magical night of going back to my teens.
Saw them in KC on 16Aug18 EXCELLENT!!!
Wow, Billy Corgan was such a beautiful child. I Love the Smashing Pumpkins, and I love the song Disarm.
Was at a show last night and it truly was a special, once in a lifetime masterpiece of a concert. Tears in my eyes
It was an incredible show!

Smashing Pumpkins are pure nostalgia in music form.
Thanks for uploading that genuine art👍
I've been to alot of shows, but I would trade every single one of them in to see this one again.
From Tampa show 7/25. One of the greatest concerts I have ever seen. And I have seen a lot. What positive vibes were in the arena!
Back to the 90's 🎶...This was an Incredible Show !! 👏👏👏👏🤘
I saw em back to back (Toronto and then London the next night) if you love the pumpkins and haven't seen em before and you have the back to back opportunity... do it!! It's worth it... it's epic!! Thanks for the upload...

I've got front row in Nashville this Friday. My favorite band ever. Life is great!
I seriously just cried.
I’m excited to see them in Nashville!
Corgan is a musical genius and incredibly intelligent individual...While it is a bummer that Darcy isn't aboard for this reunion, I don't think it was Billy's fault in any way...Best band of the '90s by a mile, and Corgan is one of our last real rock stars...
So glad to see them together! I'm 17 again, thanks for the post ;)

Hey Stripes it was sooooooooooooooooooo gud
HIHOWARE YOU I just got home from the Montreal concert. I am beside myself with joy. It was incredible. Quite possibly the best concert I’ve ever been to!
I want an official video compilation of these videos and the tour!
Can't wait for London
They illuminated my youth
My dad and i were shitting our pants watching this in Montréal
Omg. You can feel the energy of this show just with the opening chords of Disarm. This is truly special, does anyone know the whereabouts of Billy’s autistic brother these days? I literally just watched them in concert about ten minutes ago.
Seeing them on the 25th 😁😍
Phenomenal intro but I think it would've been even better if Billy walked up to the microphone and said "The world is a vampire..."
One more month until I see them in Sacramento.
I’m surprised they opened up with Disarm. I’d love to see SP in concert, they are my favorite 90s band, second is Alice In Chains and then maybe Pearl Jam
Come to Argentina, please, please, please. I want to see you, before to die
I love LOVE this. Amazing and sad. I hope this is a cry for help though.
Did y'all know this music was done live by katie and the band every night?
This symbol has been used several times now and was drawn to it about a year ago.
I'm going tomorrow!!! Austin baby!!!
tequila in me, tequila in you.
Corgan is egomaniacal to the point of absurdity....but my God ..the tunes
I dont see his egomanacity. I've heard that before so you're probably correct. I just dont pick up on it which concerns me for some reason
Is it that he displays so many pics of himself?
Front and center floor. Row 7. Am in for a treat or what? Wow hurry up August 12
In 2018 I relapsed on heroin for 3 months straight I was a 12th grade junkie so from 2010 to 2018 I never used opiates. Until started taking Adderall. ROOOOOOAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRR!!!!

I was there
That ice cream truck.
He is definately Uncle Fester #2 (Adams Family)
OMFG
Sublime
Are they going to do this every show for this tour? I see them the 29th.
Connor Schrauben pretty sure they are. Maybe switching up a song or two. Pretty similar to how the GNR tour has been
I saw them bro. They were way better than I expected. I loved it. James and Billy's chemistry seem to be mended, too. My mom cried at the beginning of disarm, and for martha.
This tour is the best thing the Pumpkins could have done at this point. I'd love to go to a show someday. ♡
Also: is the other boy in the video the half brother "Spaceboy" is about?
melancholy - nicely put. And it was an amazing show. One I’ll never forget my whole life. If u can, find a way to go to this tour
I believe so. So tragic how he got beat up and mugged somewhat recently...
Yes, his younger brother with Autism. He’s a HUGE wrestling fan btw. ;)
What was the entire setlist? After seeing this I’m seriously thinking about seeing them. Please let me know!
XxStonedImmaculatexX check the website Setlist FM
What time did they go on?
7:30 at this one
Wow,I wouldn't waste my last 50 cents on these guys, pack it in already!
Horrible and satanic to say the least
Crypto Tex how dog?
I was there .. actually thru the whole concert. It's a shame. They were Awsome! Except those slide shows and him announcing the illuminati 😞
