Strange to say but Neversate just seems to have a great energy that actually comes through in a video. Great video! And I have worn out all my Neversate shirts, which has cost me 30 lbs on all lifts across the board. Help! 😂

In the UK you can buy kiln dried sand from any DIY store, that's what I'd use personally, want to avoid the sandbags getting too wet and going mouldy.

I totally didn't know that I should be holding one arm out on the single arm farmers walks until now. I feel like punching myself.
By the way, I actually started doing front zercher carries with one of my handles, and it's working out very well. I was tying a tow strap around weight plates to do front carries, but that really was a real hassle. I think sandbags are probably a better option, but that looks like a pretty big hassle to me as well being that I don't compete.
I reliably do front carries with the farmers handle, it takes minutes to set up, and I can easily add 5 pounds when I need to. It's a good option to have if your a normie.
