That was a pretty neat trail camera. Nice slim covert design. Too bad the solar panel didn't do better on video mode. Great review. Take care.

Nice unboxing and review, that trailcam sure was thin. Your bark solution years ago was a goody. Nice samples, it did seem to have a good microphone. 👍

    Stellar audio, for sure.
Nice to see a company making actual advancements in the market. Companies like browning just keep regurgitating the same product, slightly altering the case. They never even try to correct long-term issues that they've always had.

Hello from Italy , can you use a python Security wire with this model ? I can see the holes but it seems there is no space enough when the cover is attached.. thanks

Cool looking camera, but the hunting farmers bark looked better 👍🏻

Hello Dave, I never used my trail cameras in the winter. I am planning on it this winter. Are there any settings specifically for winter? Does the cold weather shorten the battery life? Does it need to be placed into a specific area that shelters it from the snow?

Thanks for the helpful review. Is it possible to run the camera for a while without the solar panel connected?

I personally reckon the best cambark trail cameras are the TC 22 and the tc07

Very cool camera! I'd pass because of the battery not holding up with the vidoes.. but other than that it's pretty cool! Maybe on a field it would do better. Not to mention I don't get more than a dozen videos a day anyway. Great review!

Ca.o cover is too blue, they need to make it more grey/brown. Also, if companies would start crap canning the lcd screen they could cut the size of that thing in half. With wifi and app you dont need lcd screen.

They definitely stole your idea, you might need ask for a royalty deal. LOL. That is a neat camera, too bad it won't stay charged out in the woods though. Great review as always.

A person has to decide what features are important to them in a trail camera.
Things I would value in this camera -
    No glow feature
    Decent range (day & night)
Things I could care less about -
Size - skinny/fat who cares I'm not marrying it!
    Color/Camo
Megapixels - claiming it has 46 MP is a joke! 8 MP is plenty for any trail camera
Wifi signal to my phone - would never use it.
Audio - never use it & never will
    Deal breakers -
    Price -
    Micro SD card -
    Inadequate solar power option only
    Good review! Thanks!

For a price tag of $170.00, I'd say no. If the video only lasted 5 days before going dead, then what's the use in setting it on video. So now we're in to $170.00 for a camera that'll only do pictures for any amount of time. The thin design is a waste since everything else gives it away. The strap and solar panel kills that feature. The app/wifi, in my opinion, is useless. I want to be able to view and know what's there BEFORE I hunt the area. It'd be depressing to get up the tree just to find out that the only deer around was 6 does and a spike....then while up the tree, I check one of my other cell cams just to see a 10 pointer. This camera, for me, just doesn't offer enough to justify spending $170.00 when there's better cams out there. Best thing I liked was needing no batteries.
Great review Dave. We can count on you being honest in your reviews. Even if it means we decide not to buy the product. I've trusted your positive reviews in the past on other cell cams and never got disappointed. And if it hadn't been for your review to start with, I wouldn't of probably bought the cams on a leap of faith. Thanks for steering us in the right direction.

Definitely a cool trail cam. But in beat country the Solar Panel would be snapped off right away for sure. Not a bad price point though.

But it is a better price than most.

Hunting Farmer once again tells trail camera industry what will sell circa 2019! Well done Dave! Hey cool camera...the video and photo as well as sound quality are tops! Price seems a bit high for a non cellular trail camera. But yeah really cool trail camera...maybe a future addition to @davesHSB! Thanks for sharing!!

@@HuntingFarmerOfficial so I did buy one through your link. I love the low profile and bark camo. The sound quality is incredible….best of any video cam I’ve used. I like the no glow infrared for videoing critters without spooking them. The picture quality is very good “mostly”. The edges of the view finder distort the animal as they move left - right or right left. Meaning, a big old buck with a thick body gets skinny as it walks left and right.
So, I like it but will use it in “narrow” field of view situations. I’ve got multiple Campark’s (from your recommendations) and like them a lot. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge and tests of the products.

Great great review!! Totally agree with you in every way battery life sadly as you say with the solar panel is not up to it in cover !! But fascinating about your results with photos in the same location!! Great work there ! But my ONLY negative is that in public land is a waste of time as the solar panel is not Covert so brings attention to straps & camera as well as the solar panel ! But ya definitely on pare to the Browning recon force advantages! Luckily the new campark TC22 got amazing audio & is 60FPS !! So hopefully great more cameras 🎥 to come ! Thanks for posting have a great week ahead 👍 ps be interested in what time you set recordings 1min etc & in what format ? 4K or 1080 ? When you set up in the woods as that be useful for me to know ? Cheers Dave

Hello there Dave!! What a neat looking trail cam. The camo front sure does make it blend in. I noticed in the night time vids that the animals didn't seem to notice it at all, so that's pretty neat too. Thanks for the review and take 'er easy!!

The strap defeats the purpose of a concealed camera. Use thin copper wire instead. Also, the Chinese did a terrible job designing that solar panel bracket. As they say, looks like cheap Chinese junk.
