    I have had a *lot* of trouble weeding out thin letters. Any tips on this? The infusible ink paper splits and leaves a thin film on the transfer sheet that is hard/impossible to completely remove. Any tips? Nice instructional video. Great result.

      I have had there same issues. If the film is where you are weeding out you can leave the film. You just need to make sure the invisible ink that is your design is showing. I also make sure my cricit blade is clean before I start.

    The little white square is to use as a sample to use with the infusible ink and not a cleaning cloth as it comes with all the infusible ink packs.

    Hi Lisa, Thank you for posting this. I'd like to make the coasters for my daughter's wedding favors. I would like to add their names in small letters under "Cheers." I'm new to Cricut crafts and though I tried to add it and print it on the Infusible Ink, It was too small to effectively weed. Do you have any suggestions? Should I use a bold font? Also, the oval-shapes inside some of the letters (r and e's for example) did not cut well and I had trouble weeding. Do you have any suggestions for that? Thank you!

      Janie Northam that is one of the issues that I have found with the Infusible ink. Small letters are troublesome to cut. I have discovered sublimation and I use Design space to design the coaster but instead of cutting it out with Infusible Ink I print the design on my printer with sublimation ink and use either my EasyPress or Heat Press to apply the design. I had to convert my printer to sublimation ink but the design options are endless. I am going to start doing some tutorial on it soon.

      @@FunstuffcraftsLisaWelander Thank you. For a newbie to this crafting, I can't even comprehend what the process you describe is. I will look it up, though.

    Lisa, thank you for sharing your video. It is so detailed and so easy to follow. I do have a question, why did you turn the coaster upside down? Please take care and stay safe. ~Barbara

      Barbara Munn that is what Cricut recommends. That way the heat will penetrate through the coaster. I have actually done it both ways though. The color and transfer is better when you turn it upside down. The press also helps make sure the coaster is getting all the color in an even way.

      I have an iPhone. This is how you save it on you Home Screen. You bring up the website then select the up arrow like if you wanted to print something or send it to someone. There should be an option to “Add to Home Screen” select that and it will be saved to you phone Home Screen.

      @FunstuffcraftsLisaWelander  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Javier Michele Atondo you can but you will need to seal them to protect the vinyl. You can use dishwasher safe mod podge.

      victoria jeffries are you referring to the temp and time for the EasyPress? If the for an EasyPress 2 the heat is 400 for 240 seconds.

      Collette Gay it is a weeding tool that I purchased from 651vinyl.com. It looks like a pen but it has a pin as the point. It is my favorite weeding tool!
