This song is an Object of Power
This song is from a game by Finnish game studio Remedy, the game is called Control. And as far as Bond goes, POTF has covered Cornell's You Know My Name and they also have a very Bond style song called False Kings(also one of the Alexander Theater session songs).
They use a good bit of imagery from Control in the video, the most obvious being the red phone/Hotline. Also from their "alter ego" in the Remedyverse, The Old Gods of Asgard, there is the song Take Control in the game as well. Ahti has a good taste in music.
The song is used in control, but the song is from poets of the fall’s album ultraviolet.

Oh, one of my favorite songs by my favorite band with one of my favorite videos, on my birthday. Sweet!
This song was actually featured in the Remedy game 'Control', hidden away in a lab. The video itself has a few references to the game, like Oli and Jaska (the guitarists) playing in what's called a control point, or something very similar looking to one, and the red phone Marko is holding is a very important object in the game- the Hotline. Marko has been close friends with Remedy writer Sam Lake for years, and they've collaborated for several projects. Actually, the first song ever made by Poets, Late Goodbye, was for Max Payne 2.
On an unrelated note, I think y'all should give a listen to some Old Gods Of Asgard. They're a really stunning band, really cool. My favorites by them are Children of the Elder Gods, and The Poet and the Muse.

Yes. If Late Goodbye would have not made it. It would have mean an end to Poets...
It was based on to a poem made by Sami Järvi (Sam Lake), which is a friend of the singer of Pots (Marko).
Also, Marko played part on the first Max Payne, as an mobster Vladimir Lem.
Remedy and Poets are interwoven together, it seems ;)

Yes, Marko writes all the songs and lyrics. Of course, there are all-band contributions, I'm sure. Olli's guitar work is some of the best I've ever heard. My understanding is that Marko's mother is British, which would go a long way to understand how a Finnish guy can speak and write English so well, if that's true.
The English language is quite prominent in Finland. Maybe not as much as in some European countries. But still. Around 70% of Finnish folks speak English fluently
They have actually done an Awesome Cover of Chris Cornell's Bond Theme Song You Know My Name from Casino Royale.

@@kurtpahlow6476 The song is the opening track on the POTF album "Alchemy Vol. I" which is a kind of greatest hits album. Bonus: the song No End, No Beginning has the most evocative guitar solo by Olli--can't be beat.

Hey guys, love from OZ. I know you haven’t listened to their albums, but for me you are picking there average songs. Go back to the Alexander Theatre sessions, also try Old Gods Of Asgard which is their shall we say video game band. They also do a cover of Chris Cornell’s Bond song which is awesome. POTF have so many personalities that’s what is great about them.
Listened "Late Goodbye" yet? Their first worldwide song from a game Max Payne.
