I watched three of the 70v speakers tutorials. this one appears to be the most informative and detailed. Thank you

Sir @1:40 why is the result of 100 watts x 20% line loss equal to 1200 watts? Is there an explanation for it? Thank you

What happens to the source audio in terms of mono vs stereo? You have a L/R input, but then one signal going out to each set of speakers. Is the L/R summed into a Mono signal?

    I have some questions

Thanks for this. based on the first example, if I decide to expand the system, (and I know I have the amplification to do it), can I just buy another couple speakers, change them to the same 2w tap, and add them?
(and reversely if I wanted to turn off 25 of them during the winter, could I simply disconnect the connection between the 25th and 26th speaker and continue with my listening of the first 25? or would that cause problems?

Hi, in 70 volts system I require a balanced 600 ohm input to amplify a fixed radio. Can use a tel input and i guess only one Master volume unless install VC's? i typically have Bogen C35 and up based upon speaker taps. thanks,

Would suggest using a red and black marker next time.

Hi, Thanks for this but it has a question. In 100V system 480W(PAM-480A)., the back of Amp there are 5 terminals (sp1-----sp5) for 5 channel controls. Can we connect all the terminals together and get them as one terminal to feed all the speakers (in parallel) via one wire coming out of the amp? To prevent the overload on one channel and to reduce the wiring consumption.
    Thanks in advance

    What is 70 v wiring?

Is there any solution if I want to run 2 cables? For example if placement of speakers is too far apart where it is not practical to run the cable to one side then to the other on same "chain"?

How do choose an amplifier for 15 and 18 inches speakers

You don't have to chain them. You just have to have them all in parallel. All reds connect together and all blacks connect together. It doesn't matter where. Wire your speaker to the closest red and black you have. It doesn't matter if it's another speaker or a volume control.

Can you connect a sub to a similar system?

The 70V is much simpler lmao. Look at all the room for error in the second demo.

If 100 watt speaker 8 ohm we connect 8 speaker in parallel then what's the ohm

This video is about 70V speaker wiring. 8-Ohm is a different animal.
