Great tactical overview, I just think with the recent points increases skyrays and hammerheads will do better for you (eg. for your army 2 skyrays instead would be good). For short ranged anti tank the sunforge unit (with commander) was so much better. One big take away is that I definitely think you should try to squeese in at least a 2nd stealth suit squad in your 2k list.
Im a tad confused. You said you needed them to be firing every turn to make their points worthwhile, but you say their preferred detachment is kauyon where you need to hide them for the first half of the game so they dont get taken out before they become good.
I find it odd that you brushed off the Missile load out. With lethal hits and twin linked the Missile load out is actually much stronger than the Rail Rifles even into vehicles and monsters and are especially good into anything that gets by on a 4++.
Never been a big fan of the Broadsides, except for the visuals. Too expensive for the firepower/durability, and more importantly, too slow. Currently you are paying 110 pts for what is essentially 2 Lascannons on a 8(9) wound model with T6 and M5. If they get tackled, they cant get away on their own(you cant fall-back and shoot). They will almost always stay in their initial deployment position, to benefit from Heavy(plus, they have a hard time getting anywhere, unless you are in Mont'ka for the Assault Keyword). Heavy Anti-tank weaponry(Lascannons, Hunter-Killers etc.) can wound T6 with ease, while weapons such as Plasma, Melta and Missile Launchers can also deal with them quite easily. Their damage is a bit swingy. You kind of need at least 2 models per unit(currently 220 pts) to have a decent chance of taking out a typical tank vehicle(T9-11, W10-14). I am basically begging my opponent to move out in the open so that I can take a shot at them, and then hope that I can make my armour saving throws in my opponent's turn, or they might be taking 1/6 of my army off the board. I have absolutely no idea why they were increased to 110 pts.

They need to go down to 100 points to be viable tbh
