Dramaqueen: a mixed bag. Potentially powerful but definitely not for novices!

Thanks for always bringing what is out there, and keep with the updates. Lol, I love the name but that's about it. I checked the pro version and you know I live in Canada which is 449 bucks (conversion rate from US). Talk about royalty, you gotta be a king to afford that.

Yup it is pretty expensive. I am going to try to do some comparison videos to see how it compares to other products. I also want to see how the free version compares.

In the US, the Plus version is only $99, which I think is a really good deal, (better than subscriptions). I've been using it for the last 60 days or so, and this may even replace my long-time favorite Fade In Pro. I say this because it has definition panels for Locations, Characters, (multiple) Ideas, Stories. Im hoping there will son be a Notes panel as well. I haven't put the Novel template to the test yet, but this seems to be more sophisticated than Any of the other "screenwriting" softwares I've tried. They also seem to be updating their program on a regular basis. I haven't completed a full script on DramaQuen yet, but it hasn't crashed on me yet. Yes, I too thought it was a bit busy/confusing, but like most things, you just have to learn. Looking forward to your next, more in-depth review of Dramaqueen. Thanks!

@@stageone7113 I think people are looking at the pro version in terms of price. I am interested in the free version. It looks like there is a lot there and I am interested in seeing how all the features work

@@jameskaruga6730 You can though they don't have a play template. It is more designed for novels and film scripts. I will double check that when I have a chance to fire up the program later today.
