My Other Self has fearful avoidant attachment issues. I am happier without him. I don’t have to deal with the pulling away, confusion, or insecurity anymore. I am basically secure and can see a happy future with a secure soulmate. I do wish my Other Self well, however. I am awakening.

Same here and to be honest that push-pull makes one a so called love-addict you become like a junkie. It's like the experiment with the mice and the food. The brain gets hooked with this come and go thing. Now that I finally let go, I am so much happier which I never thought! And I know he is my TF, I took Kurt's course and implimented his teachings and he really came back changed but ones Ego barely changes and I do not want to waste my young years any longer.... I advise everybody to look up "love addiction" and be honest with yourself (there are even "Love and Sex Addicts Anonymous" groups. And Kurt talks about it in his newest course as well...
Literally same here. But this awakening process is soo much fun! I’m excited 😁😁😁 my soulmate is like the best spiritual partner to grow with. So I have a lot of gratitude towards my twin because of that.

Your perspective of them beeing our past live also makes so much sence to me on the following points (could be wrong though), but it could explain why...
1. they are the - and we are the + pole and therefore our energy can travel to them, because we literally have been them, but their energy can not travel to us, because in their timeline here, we did not even exist yet.
2. we experience the knowing because, again, we remember that we have been them, but they don't because they have not been us yet.
3. they would want to come back, because if they are the same consciousness in a "lower" state, and we are increasing ours then of course the lower consciousness would want to be with the higher state of itself since the consciousness always wants to expand?!

The analogy I understood is time is like tv channels, all the different channels are playing at once.. its up to your soul which one you want to reincarnate in.

Saying that they are (any lifetime) is your past or future life is an illusion of physical reality. That you of any lifetime exists only there and "dies" when consciousness "leaves". Truly, all of those lifes are going on simultaneously, and consciousness doesnt exist in time. Its the body and mind which exists in time, and that which is saying "you go from here to there" isnt even real. Its just a thought, and identifying that quality of thinking to be you is egoic. I am doing healing on myself, but it has nothing to do with my Other Self. I have been into metaphysics for years and often use the Law of Attraction to manifest. I accidentally manifested my Other Self to the physical plane. lol. Years ago, I had an appointment with a new eye doctor, a young man. I was so impressed I kept saying “If I could find an old man like that”. I told my sister and said this each time I had an appointment. I was not actually looking for a man, or a relationship. I was only thinking out loud. Well. 😂Moral of the story. Be careful what you put out to the Universe. It takes you at your word. That’s true whether or not it is an intention, joke, or whatever. Focusing on my journey now after four years with my Other Self. I am getting there.

So I was thinking about twin flames being a past incarnation of me. And I came to a realisation. That I keep moving home around the same area that my past life (twin flame) lives. Therefore my theory is, it is my magnetism that I keep coming to the live in same place many life times in, and have had Deja Vu many times. Blew my mind. I'm beginning to believe that a soulmate is a person who comes into your life solely for the purpose of awakening you. These two "separate" souls subconsciously bring out the best and worst in each other. The separation was destined to occur so each can grow as separate individuals and heal their emotional wounds. Once healed, all that's left is love. Unconditional love. We are one with "God', the one soul, the source of unconditional love. The bringing together of the yin and yang.
Makes sense. After the bubble love phase, my Other Self loved me as a " friend ". I guess that was his term for Agape. He is clueless, so he never knew what was happening. I was confused. My love was intense because of the heart center awakening. Wow. I am happy I didn't become angry when he dumped me. I didn't beg or cry. I said " Ok" and walked away. He wanted to remain " friends ". Now , in hindsight, I understand.
Me and my twin are the same age, only 9 months apart. The day that I thought to myself: I am never going to see or be with my twin again and it’s ok and decided to start daily meditation was the day he message me after 4 months of ghosting. I focus on my spirit awakening. My other self fell victim to a narcissist's s*x-bombing, during separation when she was emotionally holding me at arm's length. This has not been brought up in any of your videos Kurt - I must stay away from her because she is irreversibly polluted by him and will drag me down if we should ever meet.

So in my past life I was a player?
I would like to add an experience I have had. I told my TF I saw his soul. Bright light, warm beautiful feeling. An immense but peaceful presence enveloping my whole body and after I felt instantly at peace. I had a bad dream and I was crying so much like a dark night of soul in dream vivid vision. I thought at the time my TF was reaching out to me, not understanding the whole concept yet. I shared this with him too 😅 goodness knows what he thought about that ! My question is, is this the true soul ascension experience. I was seeing my soul consciousness. I was feeling it on a deep and spiritual level. The highest level of state ? Does this mean I have already ascended because I get the concept in mind but I’m having trouble aligning mind and body in everyday physical life. I’ve felt the peace. It was actualisation and total healing energy. Feeling like this in everyday life is difficult. Remaining in this higher state doing nothing but being and I can accept that I’m just being as well. There’s something to be said about being in no judgment of yourself and others as well. When you can get to a state of peace in life for who you are. All judgment will surly not be contained within the mind.
You’ve definitely had a spiritual ascension and you will once in a while go through the Dark Nights of the Soul until your ego has been completely dissolved, dead and reborn. It’s a process that will take years. You just need to accept it as a part of your Twin flame journey, your destiny to become the highest version of yourself. Just go with the flow and try not to create any blockages or doubt in this connection or in your spiritual journey. When your ego will be born again: it will always serve your soul, if will have no judgements and you will live your life from within listening to your soul and having peace with every circumstance of your life and you will be always protected and guided from the higher realm.
Maybe you’re asking how would I know all of that.
I know all of this because I went through the same thing. I’ve been exactly where you are now. And every time I will encounter my Twin through a serendipitous meeting, he would trigger me, and I would than peel another layer of my ego, wounds and trauma’s.
Now when I meet him suddenly I am not the one who is triggered only he. He is trying to trigger me and to make me jealous but nothing is working because I can look through his soul and see how much he is suffering.
Remember people and words can lie but the energy never.

@@sophiawebb7097 I am sorry to disappoint you; but I can tell you only from my experience. We are 10 years in separation and none of us is in a committed relationship. The first 3 years I was the one who was running from this connection. The moment he realised that we both caught the feeling for one another after having spent one afternoon together and that was also the first time when we looked into each other’s eyes. From that moment our role’s kind reversed and he begun running and each time after 1,5 he would come back. The moment he sees me he immediately catches the feelings what is terrifying for him. All of this his back and forth lasted until I blocked him but even than the Universe kept organising our serendipitous meeting. In 2020 i only than discovered that he is my Twin and so started the beginning of my spiritual awakening. Until recently I doubted in this connection. But after a very recent serendipitous meeting on 5th of November last year when the Saturnus after being retrograde for 1,5 year ( precisely the time span of our no contact situation ) finally continued its normal direct motion from that moment I became completely sure that he is my Twinflame and there is no escaping of this connection. That day/night I got so many downloads and I also rejected my Twin 3-4 times in the same night. The week later he did the same to me. That moment I realised how we are mirroring each other. It feels like a copy of me.

The same evening when I was on my way to go home, one guy was literally waiting for me. It was a guy who stood the whole night observing me while I was dancing. (My Twin was there too).
This guy has never being in the same city when he met me. It was a real coincidence but everything was orchestrated by the Universe. When this guy told me he’s name I almost fainted. He has the same name as my Twin. And the name of my Twin is really rare.
The guy was interested in my unexpected reaction so I told him everything about my story of 10 years of fated and yet impossible connection.
When i finished that story 3 guys were approaching us, and one turned around it was my Twin. At that moment my heart begon beating so fast that I almost again fainted. I was standing with one guy very close to him but in my heart I didn’t feel anything and when my Twin passed by and our eyes locked, and my heart could’t stop beating that hard and wanted to explode that moment I knew for sure; he is my destiny. There is no denial any more. But now the problem is that after I had congratulated my Twin on his birthday and after he saw me with another guy, my Twin is escaping me and avoiding me completely but always observing me from afar. He is so jealous that he is so afraid I could break his heart. That’s why he is avoiding me.
The bottom line is that my Twin needs to deal with his own issues and I will accept him back into my life only when he approaches me the right way in his divine masculine energy.
So you see it’s really complicated my story, it was a really painful rollercoaster until I accept it, that there is nothing you can do about it, because it’s already divinely protected, guided and orchestrated by the Universe. So I might better enjoy the ride without having any expectations.

Didn't believe in Reincarnation until I met my person. We are 27 years apart he incarnated in 1986; I in 1959! It's true. Also live on different continents. 🤦♀️The numbers are off the chart. If we know that these other physical bodies are our twin flame, why would we want to be with them especially if they’re younger than us by Jurassic 12 years? If the soul can incarnate anywhere in time, wouldn’t it be more accurate to think about a “past life” as just an “alternate life?” Calling it a “past life” feels to me like it is automatically applying linear thinking to a nonlinear function, which is leading me to wonder whether our egos automatically use this language to think of themselves as the “most advanced” or “furthest in time” incarnation. I’m new to this so perhaps I’m not fully understanding, but since time is only experienced linearly by the ego, it makes sense to me that any incarnation wouldn’t be past or future to begin with, just an alternate. 🤦🏻♀️ I need to go to bed.

Should not all reincarnations, also of the twinflame , be different. I dont understand about the energy and pull away. Positive and negative atract like north and south pole of magnet. Electric energy flows from positive to negative. So when Twin flames separate from each other they should have the same polarity at that moment. Or is it like two close magnets , if one magnet changes its visical orientation, it changes the shared magnetic field and that Lets the other magnet move because one north coming closer to the north of the other one.

I don't agree about reincarnation that isn't linear..because in that case people should remember also lifetime from future, but that isn't the case.. I remember only my lives from past but not future.. as the most of people who remember past lives
