The Tories have nothing better to do than breed contempt; contempt towards regulation and laws, human rights, the environment, towards foreigners and asylum seekers ,towards health care, working and living conditions, education, health and safety- the list goes on.

The Labour Party has fought the Rwanda Policy solely because it won’t work and is too expensive. They have been too cowardly to say it is cruel and that it is right that the UK should pull its weight in trying to solve the international refugee crisis. The Labour Party has not forcibly condemned the murder of Palestinian children. Today The Labour could take one million council seats but I am no longer convinced that this means ‘that things will only get better’
