- In today's vlog Tim is working late so we have dinner for lunch, we made another Hello Fresh meal and it was pretty dang delish! Then Jenn hangs out with the dogs and Armani starts acting strange. Favorite Disney restaurant: California Grill at the Contemporary Resort! This is my childhood! When I was younger, my parents took me to Disney once a year, and we ALWAYS had to stop by California Grill, and watch the fireworks from the restaurant too. We always ordered the decorate-it-yourself cookies for dessert- it's been so long, I'm not sure they still offer it.
Ohana at the Polynesian in Disney is literally the greatest place ever. Dinner is kind of expensive but you get so much food and it's amazing! I go every time I'm there!

No WAY! It IS my birthday...thanks Tim! It's the big 4-0! Oh and Boma is definitely our favorite restaurant, followed by Biergarten. A hidden gem we discovered was dinner at The Wave. If you go, be sure to try the bacon and eggs dinner app. AMAZING.
Get an Echo (Alexa) from Amazon and you can use that to make purchases or adding items to your shopping cart by speaking directly to Alex. Then when you are on the Amazon site it will tell you everything you have on your shopping list and will find it for you on the Amazon site. Alexa has changed our life!!!! If you use Amazon getting the ECHO is a must!!!!!

I use it 20 times a day for a ton of different things. Plus all the apps to built skills for Alexia are so fun.

Hey guys! Our 11 year old cat, Bernard acts JUST like this. The vet is pretty sure it's dementia setting in, and he also gets occasional seizures. We tried medication which made his symptoms worse, and really he is quite happy otherwise, and still seems to be enjoying life with our other 2 cats, and is quite affectionate. When he has a bout of staring at the wall or acting strange or a seizure (which we can tell is happening when he isn't interested in food and/or drooling) it usually ends quite quickly and within a day he is back to normal. Apart from the seizures, I'd say what your pup is experiencing is just old age setting in. Just give him extra snuggles + best of luck!!

Haha I feel you Tim, my work schedule is usually 1 pm-11 pm, 6 pm-3 am, and 8 pm-5 am. It's quite an odd feeling to be going into work so late and leaving work when most people are getting up and around to go in. Ah well.
Some of the things you learn as your animals get older Lots of patience. Due to them having more health issues. Like hearing loss, vision and like Armani looking like he's lost in rooms he's been in a million times. Just Love em like part of the family. Tim n Jenn have an excellent day. I'd have to say Five Guys Burgers or Stake n Shake and Dave n Busters current favorite restaurants.
We used to have an old Spaniel (Samuel) that would Stand still looking confused. He would invariably do this under a table. His problem was that things were beginning to fail, his eyes, hearing, kidneys etc. Towards the end he would get quite aggressive because he really didn't know what was going on and may have been in pain, but eventually the vet advised that his quality of life was such that we should let him go. Not saying that's what's happening to Armani but you asked if we'd seen similar.
We actually thought that some of the medication he was on was actually making him worse but it was hard to say if it was one thing or another that was making him go downhill.

Our favorite restaurant is Le Cellier Steakhouse in Disney World in Epcot.
Our favorite quick service restaurant in Disney World is Earl of Sandwich in Disney springs.
Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge is the best! We went as a part of the Backstage Magic tour (also great), and the food and atmosphere are both equally fantastic.

CALIFORNIA GRILL! My husband and I love it there. It's kind of expensive, but it doesn't seem too bad given we've already come all the way from Scotland to visit!
We like the buffets at WDW. Since we have kids it makes it easier. Everyone seems to really love the Crystal Palace at MK. We also enjoy breakfast at Tusker House at AK.
Jenn, I have a Chihuahua/Terrier that is just over 17 years old and he is famous for walking into a room and standing there looking around. He does it all the time. He is also very hard of hearing. He only does that when he is alone. Normally he will stay close to our other dog who is only 4, but sometimes she is outside playing and he stays inside where it is cooler.
Our party went to The Brown Derby in Hollywood Studios in 2013. Had the best, most tender steak I ever ate in my life! They are expensive - we were on the dining plan and it took 2 table service credits, so no big expense for us. Great experience and fun decor with caricatures lots of movie stars. I recommend going there for a special occasion, mainly because of the cost. For 2 in our party it was about $120 with no alcoholic beverages.
Liberty Tree Tavern in Magic Kingdom! I love it so much! I haven't been in a couple years, but I know it used to be family style if it still isn't!
Favorite restaurant at Islands of Adventure is Circus McGurkus Cafe Stoo-pendous because it has lots of different options, and it's usually not very crowded. At Epcot my favorite is the Yorkshire County Fish Shop.
Our family loved Mythos restaurant in IOA, but we also ate at Sal's Market Deli at Portofino Bay every night on our last trip down from Kentucky. We have a 7 year old boston terrier named porkchop. He also does strange things, like standing in door ways kinda like he can't remember why he was going into that room. Sometimes he will just stop and sit down at the doorway and watch the room instead of going inside.
Eat at Whispering Canyon Cafe at wilderness lodge if you haven't! It's so much fun and the barbecue there is delicious!!! Also, our old lab used to stand around and wander like that before too so I think it's normal and just comes with age :)
My favorite restaurant at Walt Disney World is The California Grill in the Contemporary Resort. It is a bit expensive but it is so worth it. After you eat you can watch the fireworks from the top of the building. Its awesome.
This isn't at Disney or Universal, but, Hamburger Mary's in Downtown Orlando has AMAZING food. Everything I've ever ordered from there is always delicious.
Liberty Tree Tavern is a must for me when I go to Disney. I went the very first time I went to Disney back in '99, so now it has become a tradition. Plus, how can you go wrong with a Thanksgiving dinner?
My husband and I seriously love burgers (and fries) at Splitsville! And it's a great place to sit outside and people watch.

favorite restaurant: Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, Epcot, princess dining, the food is amazing!!
Fave premium/special occasion restaurant is Victoria and Albert's, definitely an unforgettable bday dinner. We love Be Our Guest for a more casual setting, so nostalgic as it feels like you're in the movie! So enchanted! My old dog Max was 18 years when he passed and he developed dementia as he aged. He either just walked in circles or would stand there looking bewildered. Not saying Armani has dementia but keep an eye on him to see if his behaviour changes. He's still a cute old boy ❤
Perfectly fine Vlog. I don't mind when you stay home. As far as Amazon prime goes.... We use it all the time. and the cool thing is, if you do forget something, you just go back in and order it. No prob. We get all kinds of stuff. From peanut butter to coffee syrups. Shoes to batteries. It's great. Plus, don't forget all the music you can listen to for free. Awesome. I think with Armani, if he is feeling a bit off, sometimes dogs are turning their thoughts inward to their bodies. And also it could be dementia. My prayers to the little one. Some of our Fav. places to eat on Disney Property are: Big River Grille Brewing Works (Disney's Board Walk), Beaches and Cream (Beach and Yacht Club), - This other place is not on Disney property, but its a Fav. of ours, UNO's at Crossroads, right outside of DTD. We also LOVE Ohana's for Breakfast. I also enjoy the pastries and coffee at any of the coffee & pastry spots at EPCOT. The frozen cappuccinos are AWESOME! We also enjoy T-rex/RainForest Cafe.
Hey Jenn and Tim! My previous golden retriever Berkley was doing this for a while. He was about 9 or 10 years old at the time. He would go into random rooms and just stand there like he was confused or something. Sometimes he would go into a corner of the room and start barking because he didn't know what was going on or how to get out. Armani may have something going on mentally because of his age. That is what the vet told us about Berkley. Hope he gets better soon!!
California Grill is great especially if you book around the fireworks as they have a private viewing area... when we went we could see both the Epcot and Magic Kingdom Fireworks!

Yak & Yeti, Yachtsmen Steakhouse, and Chefs de France are some of my favorites at Disney. Emril's and The Palm are a couple of my favorites at Universal!
Me and my family LOVE Sanaa at Disneys Animal Kingdom Lodge. We also like (in the counter service department) Pecos Bill at MK, Also at MK is Columbia Harbor House, and at The Poly we love Kona cafe for all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, even dessert!!) hope that helped! :) love your videos so much!!

Favorite Disney Restaurant: Blue Bayou, French Market at Disneyland, Garden Grill at DCA, sorry.. WDW didn't really have a lot of restaurants we liked in the parks. I think the French Quarter has all the best food 😊
Favorite Fast Food.. If you come to the west coast : El Pollo Loco, and of course you found In & Out Burger.
Orange Crush Poptars toasted & topped wing vanilla ice cream. Yum!
Jiko is our favorite WDW restaurant so far. And Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar is a nice little getaway from the heat in Epcot. Off property, we like to visit Columbia Restaurant in Celebration for great Spanish food and to bring back our fond memories of trips to Ybor City!

If you ever come back to Los Angeles again, check out a local chain called Roscoes Chicken & Waffles.
It's the best place in the world! It is literally as it reads; best fried chicken served gravy (if u want) and the fluffiest waffles you'll ever have! Otherwise, they're a soul food cuisine with other soul food choices, but their quintessential dish is the chicken & waffles!!
Hollywood Studio's Prime Time Cafe is fun to eat at. The wait staff yells at you for putting your elbows on the table, not cleaning your plate, etc. The food is pretty good too.
I had an older cat that would do things like that (the standing still and staring/confused look). I don't know if he was confused or lost but I would just try to reassure him with may voice or a gentle touch. It's so hard to watch them age.
I love love love Earl of Sandwich in Disney Springs!!! the holiday turkey sandwich is my absolute favorite. I also really enjoyed the restaurant in America in World Showcase even though its pretty basic quick service.
Favorite restaurant is scifi dine in theater, the food is pretty good, but I love the theme it's so creative!
Be our guest restaurant in Disney I loved, especially the French onion soup! Also maybe you could look into diy candy kits? they taste like ass most of the time but they're fun to make :D
I love the Garden Grill in EPCOT (the revolving restaurant). It's so good! Family style, all you can eat. I think the menu is seasonal, so some dishes may change. But a lot of the produce used is grown in their garden.
Also (not really a restaurant) but I tried the poutine place at Disney Springs. I had the French one which was really good, with a watermelon lemonade. They also have a new flavor (I don't know for how long or if you've seen it) which is an all day breakfast poutine.
When we went to Universal last year, one of our favorite restaurants in the park was Confisco Grill. We enjoyed it so much that we actually ate there twice. I also really enjoyed Finnegin's. On Citywalk, we loved Cowfish and Bubba Gump.
Raglan Road at Disney Spings for lunch. The burgers are amazing and the Irish ales are fabulous!

@thetimtracker you guys should totally try garden grill at Epcot if you haven't already! One of the best dining experiences at Disney in my opinion!
Jenn be careful about Armani. My dog is around the same age and she does that and our vet says that she is having a seizure when she does that. We have to actually pick her up or touch her to bring her out of it. So just watch out for that. Your dogs are so sweet. I enjoy your vids very much. I grew up in Miami and lived at WDW. Miss it so much. You all take care!

Our dog Liza is around 17-18 years old and sometimes she'll look a little "lost" as she wanders through the house so she and Armani have that in common. As for places to eat, I love Leaky Cauldron and Three Broomsticks at Universal/IOA, which I know you've already eaten at, lol. My dream is to eat at Be Our Guest at Magic Kingdom one day because I am a huge "Beauty and the Beast" fan! Haven't been able to get a reservation yet but we will!

Poor Mon Mon, it's tough getting old buddy. I just wish our pets lived as long as us, it's really not fair. My pug is only 5 years old and I know I will be a complete mess when he gets older and starts having health problems. Hang in there guys.
I love bubba gump shrimp factory, great experience and the coconut shrimp is just unbelievable :)
Just ate at Skippers Canteen today. The noodle bowl was great. And the Ethiopian bread with honey dipping sauce--Yum!
For a fancy dinner: Jiko. For casual: Splitsville (surprisingly good pizza). All day any day: Mickey's premium ice cream.
My favorite place to eat at Disney is the Katsura Grill in the Japan pavilion! On our last trip, we also tried Boatwright's at Port Orleans Riverside; great food and big portions, too!
My top 5 restaurants @WDW: Brown Derby, Yak & Yeti, Garden Grill, Be Our Guest and Rose & Crown!!!! Love you guys!!! I watch your videos daily from México !!!!!
Yak and Yetti at AK is one of my faves.
Monster Cafe at Universal is always a great choice for quick serve, atmosphere and bathrooms (though the full length mirror in that bathroom always freaks me out)
The Liberty Tree was our favorite place to eat, then the Crystal Palace.
Garden grill, California Grill, and Hollywood n' Vine are my favs at WDW!!
Hey Tim and Jenn!" I can't wait until HHN comes around. This year should be really scary, especially with the Exorcist and Texas Chainsaw Massacre: Blood Brothers as new houses. This is one of the reasons I can't wait until your adventures in October. Will you be going to the Shallow Grave? I loved that video last year, it was really cool especially with Jenn leading the pack and getting scared. 😂
Something else I forgot to mention. My favorite restaurant in Downtown Disney is T-Rex Cafe. The atmosphere, food, animatronics, and of course the meteor shower are all so great and fun!
My top three Disney World restaurants:
#3: California Grill, ( food is good but, the veiw is what makes it great)
#2: Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue( Classic, Classic fun all you can eat)
#1: Victoria and Albert's( only have eating here once, but it deserves it's 5 Diamonds and more. It would easily be a 3 star Michelin award restaurant.)

Golden Corral!! WDW-Be Our Guest, Royal Table, Pinocchio Village Haus, Colombia Harbor House, Kringola Olg Bakeri, and the Writers Shop in HS!! Universal-Threebroomsticks, Mythos, basically any place with good burgers... lol And we just looked for Sweedish Fish Oreos today didnt find it but we did see Cinnamon Bun ones!
Mama melrose in Hollywood studios, French bakery in Epcot and the Mexican restaurant outside by the water, Ragland road, fried scallops are amazing, and Wolfgang puck bacon wrapped meatloaf.
My fave place to eat in Disney is either T-Rex or Planet Hollywood (I love me some burgers & cocktails!) and my favourite place in Universal is Bubba Gump Shrimp just cause their service was superb with the little stop/go signs, plus the food is wonderful!
Oh my gosh Tim and Jenn! I'm a huge fan and today is actually my birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my gosh! For a second I was like what going on! Lol that made me smile!

my dog is a senior, as well. He doesn't do the staring to that degree like Armani, but it sounds like he may be going senile. Just like with a senior as they age, they can get senile. It might just be here and there. Just mention it to your vet, but that is what it sounds like. I guess, it's normal, just like when it happens to us! :) Good Luck!!
Whenever I come to Florida, (I've been 14 times) I find myself/my family not eating at the parks full restaurants, we will grab fast food but we won't sit down for a meal. We usually come out of the parks and go to either an ihop or Golden Corral or even go to a mall food court- bad I know but yeah! That's my input for you guys 😊
Our pup did the same thing, he was 17. Sometimes he would be facing a wall! He couldn't see before he went to puppy heaven, so I think he was just restless.
Hot Krust Panini Kitchen near I-Drive. Oh man, their sandwiches are SO good. There are so many choices (some of them have super creative and/or odd but delicious flavor combinations), and they provide a ton of different local-made hot sauces to try!
The dogs are super cute in this video! I think the Armani staring thing is just down to age and losing memory. It's super sad to watch though, my cat got the same when she was old!

Disney: California Grill for fireworks! So delicious and amazing experience. Be Our Guest. We have only experienced lunch/quick service there but so good!
My old dog Tadge had the same fatty cyst as Bandit does. She had it removed when she was younger and then it grew back again. This time, the vet advised us to leave it as it wasn't causing her discomfort and she may not have come around from the surgery since she was old. She lived to a ripe old age of 18 and she was happy and healthy even with the cyst. She and my other old dog, Sam who are both gone now(RIP) used to wander into a room and just stare sometimes as they got older. I think it's just a sign of old age. Big hugs to Bandit and Armani!
Favourite Universal restaurant: The Leaky Cauldron. I love having British food so far away from home!
Favourite non-park restaurant: Texas Roadhouse.

McDonalds and KFC is about exciting as it gets in Scotland. In Orlando we have done Tusker House at Animal Kingdom twice in the last 2 visits. First time was great, but June past not so much. My son loves sushi and we go to Tokyo Dining at Epcot, been quite a few times now. Everything I get is cooked and it is all delicious, watch out for the starters they are surprisingly big portions, always catch us out. The whole atmosphere there is lovely, a bit pricey but well worth it. We went for lunch during Food and Wine festival and it was just nice to get away from the chaos of the park, to calm serene surroundings.
Margaritaville @ City Walk and Pacos Bill for quick service and Crystal Palace for regular dining @ Disney World :)

My moms birthday is actually tomorrow (August 15) and mine is when horror nights starts finally! And for your question about the chain restaurant, I don't really consider it a chain and I don't know if they have it in Orlando/Florida but pick up sticks is AMAZING! If you guys have one you should definitely check it out!
Hello all the way from Tennessee! Celebrating my birthday in two weeks. First of all I just wanted to say I love yours and Jen's vlogs, they are so awesome! As for favorite places to eat at Universal Studios is Louie's Italian Restaurant their New York style pizza is the best. As for Islands of Adventure it's Burger Digs and Three Broomsticks. For Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom is the park I visit the most so here are my favorite two, Columbia Harbor House and Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe.
Funny you mentioned birthdays. Mine is Monday the 15th. So I will take that as an early Happy Birthday. Lol!

My favorite restaurant on Disney property is Jiko at Animal Kingdom lodge and LeCellier at Epcot. The food at both places are fantastic but pricey. No different than any other restaurant on Disney property. And that's okay. It's worth it!
I love Splitsville at Disney Springs. Incredible sushi, believe it or not! Longhorn is probably my favorite chain. Parmesan crusted chicken is everything!

Hey! Older dogs can definitely suffer from dementia and confusion. When my dog got older he would get very confused and he actually forgot where doors in the house were. It's actually pretty common in older pets. I'm sorry he's having so many problems right now :( Poor boy.
You guys are great!! In regards to your dog, I have a 16yr old poodle and she has been very sick. She doesn't hear, doesn't see and acts just like your dog. She has developed seizure as of late especially when we take her by surprise, so we have to be very carefully to not scare her. I hope this helps
