      That’s a 12”. Because of the handle, that’s as big as I can get in there

    350 was spot on. Skin was perfect and chicken was juicy. I used some potatoes, carrots and marinade. Carrots were a tad under done. Next time I’ll use baby carrots. But I will definitely make this again.

    Nice job Angelo. You need to expand your spice collection. Heavenmade It’s Incredible is fantastic on a dish like that with fresh rosemary and garlic cloves. Uncle Steve’s Spicer and Kosmos Dirty Bird are great as well.

    Do you think that the 12” skillet is the prefect size for this cook
