    Love the way you stack the meat to make it fit on the grill at the same time. making that well done while leaving the thickerportions rare. I have a classic so I am in the same predicament.. know all about being miserable
    When undercooking portions of the mate.

    Is Carnivore Black really not salty? The first ingredient is sea salt. Not even kosher salt.

      It really doesn’t taste salty at all. Not compared to other rubs. If I did this same process but used my traditional meat church, it would’ve been too salty. I like hardcore carnivore black when I’ve already dry brined
